Product Usage Instructions

Engine Assembly:
For the engine assembly, follow these steps:

1. Secure the HEX Flange Bolt FA-5Y onto the intake pipe.
2. Place the carburetor PZ27 JK and the air filter assembly.
3. Use the provided HEX Flange Bolts to secure different components.

Exhaust Pipe Assembly:
When assembling the exhaust pipe, follow these steps:

1. Attach the HEX Flange Bolt M8*20 to the flat washers.
2. Install the exhaust assembly K3 Black EPA with the provided gasket.
3. Secure the HEX Flange Retaining Nut M6 in place.

Steering Column Assembly:
For the steering column assembly, proceed as follows:

1. Use the HEX Socket Cap Bolt M8*30 to assemble various parts.
2. Mount the handlebars and triple clamps as indicated in the diagram.

Frame Assembly:
Assemble the frame components by following these steps:

1. Start with the main frame K3-01 and attach the sub-frame securely.
2. Install the chain guide components and bearings using the provided bolts and spacers.

Foot Pegs Assembly:
To assemble the foot pegs, follow these instructions:

1. Secure the HEX Flange Bolt M8*20 onto the bracket for front foot pegs.
