Product Usage Instructions
Charging
It is recommended to fully charge the headset before first use.
The power status LED indicates the battery level of the headset. A 10-minute
charge provides up to 6 hours of playback when the battery is low.
Powering On and Off
To power on the headset, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds
until the status LED blinks white. Follow the same procedure to power off the
headset.
Powering On and Off the Dongle
Press and hold the USB dongle button for 2 seconds to turn the dongle on
and off.
Checking Battery Level
Press the power button once to check the battery level of the headset. The
status LED will indicate the battery level along with a voice prompt.
Microphone Mute / Monitoring
Press and hold the microphone mute button for 2 seconds to toggle
microphone monitoring on/off. The microphone mute LED indicates the mute
status.
Connection Mode
Triple press the multifunction button to toggle through the three
connection modes: Dual Mode, Adapter Mode, and Bluetooth Mode. The headset
will retain the connection mode after a power cycle.
Connecting Low Latency USB Dongle
- Connect the Ultra-Low Latency USB dongle to your device.
- The dongle status LED will flash white when in use.
- If not using with a mobile device, use the included USB extension adapter and USB-C to USB-A cables.
- The headset will automatically connect to the dongle when powered on.
Bluetooth Pairing
- To enter Bluetooth pairing mode, press and hold the multifunction button and noise cancellation button for 2 seconds.
- The power status LED will blink blue during pairing.
- Once connected, the power status LED will turn solid blue.
- If compatible with Microsoft Swift Pair or Google Fast Pair, follow the on-screen instructions for pairing.

Charging
It is recommended that the headset be fully charged before first use.

Powering On and Off the Headset
To power on the headset, press and hold the [ ] button for 2 seconds, the
status LED will blink white.
To power off the headset, follow the same procedure. The status LED will blink
white twice before powering off.
Powering On and Off the Dongle
Press and hold the USB dongle button for 2 seconds to turn on and off dongle.
Checking Battery Level
Press the [ ] button once and the status LED will show the battery level of
the headset.
A voice prompt and status LED will play once pressed.
Microphone Mute / Microphone Monitoring Button
- Mic mute toggle – Press [ ] button to turn the mic mute on/off.
- Mic monitoring toggle – Hold [ ] button for 2 seconds to toggle mic monitoring on/off.

Scroll up and down to adjust volume level
Connection Mode
Triple press the [ ] button to toggle through the three connection modes. A
voice prompt and status LED will play once pressed. Headset will retain
connection mode after power cycle.
Dual Mode (default): Headset can connect to 2.4GHz Ultra-Low Latency USB
dongle and Bluetooth device. In this mode, the headset will prioritize the USB
dongle connection, and will automatically switch to Bluetooth for
communication or if the dongle connection becomes unavailable.
Adapter Mode: Headset will only connect to 2.4GHz Ultra-Low Latency
dongle.
Bluetooth Mode: Headset will only connect to Bluetooth. In this mode,
headset can connect to 2 Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
Connecting Low Latency USB Dongle
- Scroll up and down to adjust volume level

Connect the Ultra-Low Latency USB dongle to your mobile device, PC, or video game console. The USB dongle status LED will begin flashing white.
When not being used with a mobile device, it is recommended that the included USB extension adapter and USB-C to USB-A cables be used. -
When headset is powered on it will automatically connect to the dongle, and the dongle status LED will be solid white.
Bluetooth Pairing
- To enter Bluetooth pairing mode press and hold the [ ] & [MFB Icon] button for 2 seconds. The power status LED will begin blinking blue. Once connected the power status LED will turn solid blue and fade off, returning to the connection mode indication.
If pairing device is compatible with Microsoft Swift Pair or Google Fast Pair, select “Connect” from the notification to initiate the pairing process.
Note: Sidetone is only available when microphone is in use.

Setting Default Output and Input devices
Using 3.5mm Connection
Headset power is required for noise control when using wired connection.
Note: Wired connection does not support microphone audio.
Using the Multifunction Function Button
Using the [multifunction button icon] button, the following media controls are available when using Bluetooth® or the Ultra-Low Latency USB dongle:

Audio and Noise Control Modes
Push the [Noise Control Icon Button] button to switch between ANC and Ambient
Mode.
Hold the [Noise Control Icon Button] button for 2 seconds to turn noise
control off.
*Tested at 50% headphone volume, continuous playback. Using A2DP mode headset has up to 120 hours of battery life. Using Ultra-Low Latency mode headset has up to 100 hours of battery life. Actual battery life will vary with use and maximum capacity will naturally decrease with time and usage.

Factory Reset
Press and hold [Power Button Icon] & [MFB Icon] button for 10 seconds to initiate Factory Reset. The power status LED will start blinking Red and White.
