CAUTION : Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with a different type.
Do not remove or attempt to remove the non-user-replaceable battery. If you
have a problem with the battery, please contact the customer support service.
HOW TO ACTIVATE
Here are the 3 key steps to get your Kidzi up and running
- Set up your SIM plan
- Go to https://start.xplora.com
- Select desired SIM plan.
- Complete the order and wait for the confirmation e-mail.
- Download the Xplora App to your phone
- Available on Google Play and App Store.
- Signup and login to your Xplora account.
- Activate your Kidzi watch
- Select Add New Device in the Xplora app.
- Scan the QR code available on your Kidzi watch.
- Enter the phone number as received in step 1, followed by the preferred device name.
- The watch is now activated and is ready to use

Power / Home / SOS Button
- Press and hold for 3 sec to turn on.
- Short press to return to the home screen.
- Press and hold for 5 sec to initiate SOS.
NOTE : If the watch is not working, press the Power Button for more than 10 sec to perform a forced reboot.
CHARGING THE WATCH
- Use only Xplora authorised magnetic charging cable.
- Connect the magnetic charger as shown below.
- Charge the watch for more than 15 minutes before use.
Please charge the battery using the charging cable and a USB power adapter with an output of minimum 5.0V 0.55A.
BATTERY AND CHARGING
- Don’t attempt to replace the kids watch battery yourself.
- You may damage the product, which could cause overheating, fire and injury.
- The lithium-ion battery in the kids watch must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.
- Dispose of batteries according to your local environmental laws and guidelines.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY SUMMARY
Xplora warrants the included hardware product and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase.
Xplora does not warrant against normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident or abuse. To obtain warranty service, contact Xplora directly via email at kidzi.support@xplora.com. Proof of purchase shall be required to verify eligibility. Subject to the full terms and detailed information on obtaining warranty service at kidzi.support@xplora.com, if you submit a valid claim under this warranty, Xplora will either repair, replace or refund your product at its own discretion. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws.

designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a

RF EXPOSURE INFORMATION AND STATEMENT
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6W/kg for SAR1-g (Next to the Mouth), 4.0W/kg
for SAR10-g (Extremity).
Kidzi (FCC ID: 2AVMJ-KIDZI) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The
highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification
for use at the mouth is 1.259W/kg and when properly worn on the body is
2.316W/kg.
This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the
smartwatch kept 0mm from the body and 10mm from the mouth. To maintain
compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a
0mm separation distance between the user’s body and the back of the
smartwatch.
IC STATEMENT
This device complies with RSS-247/RSS-132/RSS-133/RSS-139/RSS-199/ICES-003 of
Industry Canada. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1)
this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
NOTE : IC e-labelling can be seen from the watch’s “Setting” menu under
“About”.

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT

This marking on the product, accessories or literature indicates that the
product and its electronic accessories (e.g. charger, headset, USB cable)
should not be disposed of with other household waste.
