Print and fill out the “Custom Resin Order Information Form”. This form was emailed to you at the time of purchase or click here to download. (If you don’t have a printer, you can handwrite)

Package and post your flowers
Posting a whole bouquet: -
Place your bouquet in a box that’s not much bigger than the bouquet so it cannot move around.

Use bubble wrap, newspaper, packing peanuts etc to fill in the space around the bouquet so it can’t move.

Include your form.

Seal the box, label it “FRAGILE” and post it to the address below
Posting flower heads only: -
Lay your flowers out inside a box. Avoid stacking the flowers, just do one layer.

Use bubble wrap, newspaper, packing peanuts etc to fill in the space around the flowers so they can’t move around.

Include your form.

Seal the box, label it “FRAGILE” and post it to the address below.
Posting petals only: -
Put your dry petals inside a zip lock bag.

As long as they lay flat, it’s cheapest to post them as a tracked letter. You can buy this green and white tracked letter from your local Post Office, they’re about $5.

Please do not ship your flowers until you’ve purchased your products!
The most important steps when shipping your fresh flowers are:
Getting your flowers to us as soon as possible! We highly recommend posting
them to us the day after the event via Express Post so they arrive no later
than four days after the event. If you cannot post them the day after the
event, we recommend putting the flowers in the fridge with the stems in water
to prolong their fresh life.
Labelling your flowers via the form below.

- Package and post your flowers
- Wrap some wet paper towel around the stems of your flowers.
- Put a plastic bag around the stems and secure with an elastic band so the water cannot seep out.
- Place your bouquet in a box that’s not much bigger than the bouquet so it cannot move around
- Use bubble wrap, newspaper, packing peanuts etc to fill in the space around the bouquet so it can’t move. Do not wrap plastic or bubble wrap around the flowers as this will cause them to sweat and wilt.
- Include your form in a zip lock bag
- Seal the box, label it “FRAGILE” and post it to the address below using Express Post.
- Email your tracking number with your order number to hello@lovejess.net
