Rotatory Wheel Description
On/Off Instructions
Please charge the battery before powering it on/off for use.
Power On : Hold down the power button for 2 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately, and the current mode, current status, and current battery level (such as Power On, Welcome, Bluetooth Intercom Mode, Bluetooth Pairing, Battery High) will be automatically reported.
Power Off : Hold down the power button for 4 seconds until the indicator light goes off, accompanied by a “Power Off” sound.
Low Battery Prompt
When the battery level is low, the red light will flash every 20 seconds,
accompanied by a “Battery Low” sound. When the battery level is too low, it
will automatically power off.
Charging Indication
The red light remains on during charging but goes off when fully charged.
Battery Inquiry: After connecting to the phone via Bluetooth, the battery icon can be viewed on the phone.
Mobile Phone Connection
After turning on, the device will enter a state with the alternate flashing of red and blue lights, accompanied by a prompt voice of “Bluetooth Pairing”.
Note : There are two ways to enter the state with alternate flashing of
red and blue lights.
Method 1 : Devices that have cleared Bluetooth pairing records can enter
the state with alternate flashing of red and blue lights after turn on.
Method 2 : In standby mode(Intercom Disconnection), hold down the power
button and phone button for 2 seconds at the same time to enter the state with
alternate flashing of red and blue lights. Search for a device named TK-X4
using Bluetooth on your phone, and select and connect it.
Mobile Connection Function
After turn on, the TK-X4 Bluetooth headset will automatically reconnect to the previously connected phone and the blue light will flash slowly. If you need to connect to another phone, please clear its Bluetooth pairing record first. The specific steps are as follows:
Clear Bluetooth pairing record : When turning off, hold down the power button for 6 seconds until you hear a “Dudu” sound, and the red and blue lights will flash twice at the same time.
Mobile Phone Control
Answer Call
When a call comes, click the phone button or answer automatically after 12
seconds of inactivity.
Hang Up
During a call, click the phone button.
Reject Call
When a call comes, hold down the phone button for 2 seconds.
Cancel Automatic Answering
When disconnected from the Bluetooth of the phone, hold down the phone button for 2 seconds to cancel automatic answering of calls. If you need to restore it, please repeat the operation.
Call Priority
When a call comes, the intercom, music, FM radio will be interrupted automatically, and restore automatically after the call is hung up.
Voice Assistant
In standby mode, hold down the phone button for 2 seconds to start the voice assistant, accompanied by a “Voice Dial” prompt sound (need support of the phone).
Music Control
Volume Adjustment : Rotate and hold the rotary wheel and a sound level will be adjusted for per second of holding. When the maximum volume is reached, there will be “Di” sound for promot.
Radio (FM)
Turn On/Off /
FM 76MHz~108MHz
Turn on FM : Make double clicks on the phone button In standby mode,
accompanied by a “Turn On Radio” prompt sound. When FM is turned on, it will
automatically search for a radio station and play it.
Turn off FM: Make double clicks on the phone button to turn off while
listening. At the same time, it will automatically save the current radio
channel being listened to. There is no need to search for it the next time you
listen.
FM Channel Switch
Mode Introduction
No matter which mode is selected, you can connect your phone’s Bluetooth first and then select the mode to operate after turning on. If the corresponding mode has been selected and paired for connection, you can use Method 2 in 5.3 to enter the state with the alternate flashing of red and blue lights, then you can use your phone’sBluetooth to search and connect; in this case, when starting the intercom for the first time you need to press the more now button twice.
Bluetooth Intercom Mode
Note : If it has been connected to other Bluetooth earphones before, please clear the Bluetooth pairing record first. The Bluetooth intercom mode is default at the time of turn on. In this mode, you can only pair and intercom with another TK-X4(or TK-X4SC).
Two TK-X4 Paired Intercoms
After turning on two TK-X4 devices, hold down the mode button for 3 seconds to enter the intercom pairing accompanied by a Dastes Dencken* sound.
Click the mode button of one of the devices (accompanied by the “Intercom Search” sound) to pair. After successful pairing, the green lights of the two devices will flash slowly with prompt sound “Intercom Connected” At that moment, the intercom can begin.
Intercom Disconnection
Click the power button during the intercom and the “Intercom Disconnected” sound will be given out.
Intercom Connection
When the intercom is disconnected, click the power button and the “Intercom Connected” sound will be given out.
Bluetooth Group Intercom Mode
Note: When using Bluetooth group intercom mode, please clear the Bluetooth pairing record of TK-X4 first.
4-Person One-key Networking
- After turning on four TK-X4s, click the mode button to switch to Bluetooth Group Intercom Mode (accompanied by a “Blue-tooth Group Intercom Mode” prompt sound, and the red light will flash twice).
- Hold down the mode button for 3 seconds to enter the intercom pairing mode (the green light flashes quickly), accompanied by a “Dendendenden” prompt sound.
- Click the mode button of one of the devices (accompanied by the “Intercom Search” prompt sound) to pair. If Unit 1 initiates to pair first, Unit 1 will connect Unit 2 automatically. Unit 2 will connect Unit 3 automatically, and so on. When the blue lights of these four devices flash slowly, this means that the pairing is successful (accompanied by a “Di” prompt sound).
- After successful pairing, you need to click the power button of each device to start the intercom.
Intercom Disconnection
Make double clicks on the power button during the intercom, accompanied by a “Dudu” sound.
Intercom Connection
When the intercom is disconnected, click the power button and a “Di” sound will be given out.
Voice Number Report
During group intercom, click both the power button and phone button will broadcast the unit number to which the current device belongs. For example, “This equipment is Unit 1 “. (In other modes, the same operation will report the current mode)
3-Person Group Intercom
If you only need to pair 3 devices, please follow the steps of 4-person one- key networking for operation. After 3 devices are successfully paired, click the power button of all devices to start the intercom. After starting the intercom, Unit 3 will end the search for Unit 4.
6-Person Group Intercom
Please follow the first three steps of 4-person one-key networking for
operation, and then put Unit 4 and Unit 5 into intercom pairing mode (green
light flashing quickly). At this moment, you must click the mode button of
Unit 4 to pair Unit 5. After successful pairing, proceed with the above
operation for Unit 5 and Unit 6. After successful pairing for all devices,
click on the power button of each device to start the intercom.
Note: The 6-person Bluetooth group intercom of TK-X4 belongs to a chain
connection. If one of the devices is disconnected from the intercom, it will
affect the connection of devices in front of and behind it. For example, if
Unit 2 hangs up the intercom, it will affect the connection between Units 1
and 3, 4 ,5 and 6. But it will not affect the connection between Unit 3 and
Unit 4, 5 and 6.
The disconnection of the intercom of Unit 3 will affect the connection between
Units 1, 2 and unit 4, 5 and 6. But it will not affect the connection between
Units 1 and 2, as well as the connection between Units 4, 5 and 6, and so on.
Music Sharing Mode
Note : When you use the music-sharing mode, please clear the Bluetooth pairing record of TK-X4 first.
After turning on two TK-X4s, click the mode button to switch to music sharing
mode (accompanied by a “Music Sharing” sound and a red light flashes 3times).
Hold down the mode button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode {the green light
flashes quickly).
Click the mode button of one of the devices (accompanied by an “Intercom
Search” sound) to pair. After successful pairing, there will be a “Di” sound
and the blue light flashes slowly. Finally, refer to Method 2 in 5.3 to
connect to the phone.
Note: The mobile phone connecting with a device plays the music first will prioritize sharing the music with another device. During the sharing process, both devices can control music switching and volume.
Music Sharing End
When sharing, click the power button of one of the devices.
Sharing Connection
When disconnecting from sharing, click the power button on one of the devices, and the two devices will enter pairing mode again {the green light flashes quickly) and automatically connect. After success, the phone connected to the device plays music first will prioritize to share the music with another device.
Universal Pairing Mode
Note :The universal pairing mode can be paired with the same series of products TK-X2 for intercom, as well as with most Bluetooth earphones or intercoms on the market. When you use this mode, please clear the Bluetooth pairing record of TK-X4 first.
After turning on the TK-X4, click the mode button to switch to universal
pairing mode (accompanied by a “Bluetooth Interconnection” sound and a red
light flashes four times).
Hold down the mode button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode (the green light
flashes quickly).
Turn on other Bluetooth earphones or Bluetooth intercoms to pairing mode.
Click the mode button of TK-X4 again to initiate pairing (accompanied by an
“Intercom Search” prompt sound). After successful pairing, the green light
will flash slowly, accompanied by an “Intercom Connected” prompt sound.
Note : Please use the TK-X4 helmet Bluetooth headset to actively pair and connect with other brand intercoms(Except for intercocms of the same brand), so that TK-X4 can become the active unit and can disconnect or connect the intercom call through the button.
Disconnect
Click the power button during the intercom and the “Intercom Disconnected” sound is given out.
Connect
Click the power button when the intercom is disconnected and the “Intercom Connected” sound is given out.
