XD CONNECTS RCS 1.47 Recycled TPU Activity Watch
Product Usage Instructions
- Press and hold the screen for 5 seconds to switch the device on or off.
- Charge the watch for 2 hours before first use. Pull out the band and take out the watch body, then plug it into the USB charging port.
- Download the app by scanning the QR code or searching for ‘VFIT’ in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and keep the watch near the phone while pairing.
- After successful binding, the watch will automatically connect with the phone every time the app is opened.
- Press and hold the touch screen on the main interface to enter. Slide up and down to switch between styles.
- Slide right to enter the main menu interface and access functions like language settings, flashlight, find phone, power off, and reset.
- This product is not a medical device and should not be used for medical reference or advice.
- Do not use the device if the display is broken.
- Avoid exposing the product to extremely high or low temperatures and direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Use a charger with a voltage not greater than 5V and a current not greater than 2A. Charging time is 2-3 hours.

Step/distance/calorie
View the number of steps taken at any time of the day, walking distance, and
calories burned. Can be synchronized to the app in time to view the sports
data.
Heart rate
Tap the screen to test your heart rate. Please wait around 10 to show the
data.
Blood pressure
Tap the screen to test the pressure of your blood. Please wait around 10 to
show the data.
SPO2
This function will measure the concentration of oxygen in your blood.
Breath
Tap the screen to start breathing training.
Sport
Scroll through the different sports modes and select your training type by
long-pressing the screen.
Info
Here you can check the messages you received.
Music
The bracelet can be controlled to switch between the previous song and the
next song, pause/start playing.
Weather
Tap the screen to see detailed information about the weather.
Physiological
Easily record your menstrual cycle.
Dial
Tap the screen to choose your favorite wallpaper.
Stopwatch
Start timing, stop timing, continue timing, restart timing.
About
You can check the version number of the hardware and the name of the activity
tracker.
