Product Usage Instructions

Before First Use:

  1. Fully charge the transmitter using the attached cable (2-3 hours) until the red light flashes.
  2. Fully charge the receiver using the included cable (2-3 hours) until the red light flashes when discharged.
  3. Long press the on/off button on the receiver to enter pairing mode. Follow the pairing instructions for setting up the receiver with the transmitter.
  4. Ensure correct channel selection (A, B, or C) on the transmitter.
  5. Test the electric discharges with the attached test diode to ensure proper functionality.
  6. Adjust electrode length based on your dog’s coat and securely fasten them.
  7. Thread the collar through the receiver.
  8. Your training collar is now ready for use.

Safety:

To ensure maximum effectiveness and safety, check collar placement, electrode positioning, and skin irritation. Do not exceed 12 hours of continuous wear.

Device Malfunction:

If the collar malfunctions:

  • Ensure full charge on both transmitter and receiver.
  • Re-pair the receiver with the transmitter as per instructions.
  • Verify correction intensity is not set to zero.
  • Check and select the correct channel on the transmitter (A, B, or C).

  2. Training always starts at the lowest power level. shocks and always monitor your dog’s behavior
  3. Before using el. during a fight, first try to alert the dog using sound or vibration
  4. Always require only one command to be executed so that the dog is not confused. Be consistent in training and patient at the same time
  5. Examine the skin on the dog’s neck for irritation

Before first use

  3. Long press the on/off button on the receiver. If it flashes green quickly = it is in pairing mode mode, flashes every 5 seconds after pairing. Turning the receiver off and on is accompanied sound signal.

  4. Long press the on/off button on the radio and set with the dog selection button (doghead) select dogAXX. If you only have one receiver always make sure it is set AXX. (XX stands for set intensity level 01-10)

  5. If you have multiple receivers, set dog B XX or C XX.

  6. Pairing is done using the sound button and the “+” button, which must be pressed at the same time – in close proximity to the receiver (switched on). When pairing, you will see an automatic increase in level 01,02,03…98,99.
    After successful pairing of the radio with the receiver, you will hear a sound notification and the indicator light on the receiver will be flash every 5 seconds.

  7. If you need to split the device for any reason, do so immediately, but using volume buttons and “-” buttons. The receiver will stay in pairing mode = it will flash green rapidly.

  8. Make sure all functions are working properly. To test the el. discharges, attach the attached test diode to the electrodes. discharges, the diode will light up

  9. Choose the appropriate length of electrodes according to your dog’s coat (use longer for long-haired breeds) and using tighten the enclosed plates firmly

  10. Thread the collar through the receiver (if you want, thread the lanyard through the radio)

  11. Now the training collar is ready for use

Safety

To ensure the maximum effect and safety of your dog, check the location of the collar, its sufficient tightening and the correct placement of the electrodes. Also check the skin where the electrodes touch for rash or irritation. In this case, wear the collar for shorter periods of time, or consult your veterinarian The collar should not be worn continuously for more than 12 hours (this is a general recommendation for all collars, even non-electric ones).

  • make sure both the transmitter and receiver are fully charged
  • pair the receiver with the radio according to the instructions
  • make sure that the correction intensity is not at zero value
  • make sure the correct channel (A, B or C) is selected on the radio
  • pair the collar, set the intensity and try the device again

The receiver or transmitter does not charge:

  • make sure you have properly connected the connectors to the network and the device
  • test both devices for a charger or network fault

My dog does not respond to corrections:

  • test the receiver according to the instructions above
  • make sure the electrodes are touching the skin
  • increase the intensity of corrections
