Product Usage Instructions
Assembly:
- Remove all parts from the packaging.
- Check that all parts are in perfect condition and contain everything needed for assembly. If not, contact www.zonagarden.com.
- Connect the accessory to the power supply unit by aligning thelock button on the bottom bar with the slotted hole on the top bar and joining the two bars together.
Removal of the Accessory:
- Loosen the handle on the bar connector.
- Press the lock button down to separate the two bars.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The machine operator is responsible for any accident or hazard affecting other persons or their property.
- Don’t let children use or play with the machine
- Do not allow this device to be used or maintained by children or persons who have not received proper training. Only allow the device to be operated or maintained by persons who are responsible, trained, familiar with the instructions, and physically capable of using the machine.
- Familiarize yourself with the controls and the correct use of the machine
- Keep other people and children away from the work area.
- Appropriate clothing – wear appropriate clothing, including eye protection, long pants, sturdy, non-slip footwear, rubber gloves, and hearing protection. If you have long hair, tie it up, and don’t wear loose clothing or loose jewelry that could get caught in the moving parts. Wear a mask in very dusty conditions.
- Avoid hazardous environments – do not use the machine in the rain or in damp or wet places.
- Use the correct machine for your application Using the machine for purposes other than those intended could be dangerous to you and others.
- Do not pick up exposed areas of the blades or cutting edges when lifting or holding the machine.
- Use the machine only with natural light or good artificial lighting.
- Keep your hands and feet away from the cutting area and all moving parts.
- Do not force the machine, let the machine do the job better and more safely at the speed it was designed for.
- Do not try to reach areas too far away, stand firm and maintain balance at all times, especially on slopes. Walk, never run with the machine.
- Use extreme caution when going backwards or pulling the machine towards you.
- Be careful when using the machine on hard ground. The cutters can catch on the ground and propel the machine suddenly forward.
- If any objects get caught in the blades, turn off the machine to remove the object.
- Start the engine carefully following the manufacturer’s instructions and with your feet well away from the machine.
- Never transport the machine with the engine running.
- Stay alert, be aware of what you are doing, and use common sense while working with the machine. Do not use the machine if you are sick, tired, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Do not neglect the maintenance of the machine, it must always be clean and in good condition of use to obtain the best performance and to reduce the risk of injury.
- Follow the instructions when lubricating and changing accessories.
- Keep all screws, pins, and nuts tight to ensure the machine is in safe working condition.
- If the blade becomes worn, bent or damaged, replace it.
- When the machine is not in use, it should be stored in a dry and safe place, out of the reach of children.
Assembly
Assembling the tiller attachment
- Remove all parts from the packaging.
- Check that everything is in perfect condition and that it contains everything necessary for assembly. (if not, please contact www.zonagarden.com )
- In the packaging we will find:
- 1 Transmission bar
- 4 cutters, 2 internal and 2 external.
- 1 protector
- 3 pins
- Start inserting the guard into the drive bar, and adjust it.
- Place the inner cutters on the shaft.
- Place the outer strawberries.
- Place the pins on each end of the burrs.
- You’ll have your accessory ready to work
Connecting the accessory to the power supply unit
Install the square tube of the accessory into the square tube of the power unit (Figure 3, A). Align the lock button on the bottom bar with the slotted hole on the top bar, and bring the two bars together (Figure 3, B and C). The lock button fits into the slotted hole when the bars are joined together (Figure 3, C). Using the handle, tighten the screw on the rod connector until it is firm (Figure 3, D)
Removal of the accessory
- Loosen the handle on the bar connector (Figure 3).
- Press the lock button down and separate the two bars (Figure 3).
