MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES

Caution: Before cleaning or maintaining the machine, be sure to unplug the power plug of the machine.

  1. How to Clean
Comprehensive cleaning will extend the lifespan of the walking machine.
Regularly remove dust to maintain component cleanliness. Be sure to clean the exposed parts on both sides of the running belt, as this will reduce the accumulation of impurities under the running belt. Ensure that sports shoes are clean and avoid carrying foreign objects to the running belt to wear the running board and belt. The surface of the running belt must be wiped with a damp cloth soaked in soap. Please be careful not to splash water onto electrical components or under the running belt.
Caution!!! Before moving the motor protective cover, be sure to unplug the power plug of the machine. Make sure open the motor protective cover and vacuum clean the motor at least once a year.

  2. How to Lubricate the Running Belt
The running board and running belt of this machine have been pre-coated with lubricating oil.
The friction between the running belt and the running board has a significant impact on the service life and performance of electric treadmills, so it is necessary to regularly apply lubricating oil. We also suggest conducting regular inspections of the board surface. If the board is damaged, please contact FYSIQ customer support team. We suggest that you purchase lubricants from the local exercise equipment acces- sory store or directly contact our company. Suggestions of applying lubricating oil according to the following table: (Usage shown in the diagram below). User| Usage Frequency of Machine| Frequency of Lubricate Oil
    ---|---|---
    User 1| 3 hours per week| every 6 months
    User 2| 3-5 hours per week| every 3 months
    User 3| > 5 hours per week| every 2 months

  3. How to Adjust the Tightness of the Running Belt
The running belt has been adjusted before leaving the factory. After unpacking and installation, please check the operation of the running belt first. After a period of use, if the user experiences a pause or slipping while running, please adjust the running belt adjustment bolts at both left and right side at the same time, clockwise in half a turn each time. Fine tune to normal run without the above phenomenon.

  4. How to Center the Running Belt

  5. Place the machine on a flat surface.

  6. Run the machine at speed 3.5KM/H (2.2 MPH).

  7. If the running belt leans to the right, rotate the right adjusting bolt clockwise by 1/4 turn and pause for 30 seconds, | then the running belt automatically 3 returns to normal. If it does not return to . normal, please repeat the above method T for adjustment.
