Connecting to the motherboard

STEP 1

Plug the adapter cable 8-Pin (female) connector to the RGB Core Fan 8-Pin (male) connector.

STEP 2

Connect the adapter cable 4-pin PWM to an open header on your motherboard.

STEP 3

Plug the adapter cable 4-pin NZXT RGB connector to an NZXT RGB lighting channel or the 5V RGB connector to a 5V RGB channel on the motherboard.

Warning: Only connect to NZXT RGB or 5V RGB. Please do not connect to 12V RGB on the motherboard because it can damage the LEDs.

STEP 1

Plug the RGB Core Fan 8-Pin (male) connector to an NZXT channel on the NZXT Controller.

To enable control of your RGB Core Fans, download and install CAM from nzxt.com/software/cam.
