- A: No, do not use the PCTOUCH with POE. Ensure to connect it using a power adapter and Ethernet cable if applicable.
- Q: How can I change the Admin passcode?
- A: The Admin passcode can be changed in the clock’s Advanced tab in PayClock.com.

Add to PayClock Online
- Add your new PCTOUCH to your PayClock Online database before installation.
- Login to www.payclock.com, select Clocks, then New, choose PCTOUCH, enter the Serial Number and Save.
- The serial number is located on back of PCTOUCH or on box label.
Different Connection Options
The PCTOUCH offers three different connection options:
Note: Existing network must be set up for POE. Please verify with your I.T. Dept.
Mount bracket
- Mount bracket 45” from the floor, close to AC power and ethernet source if applicable.
Connect cables
- Connect cables as needed to back of PCTOUCH
Hang PCTOUCH
- Hang PCTOUCH on wall bracket
Secure PCTOUCH
- Secure PCTOUCH with locking screw
Plug in power
- Plug in power adapter to wall outlet and connect Ethernet cable if applicable.
Connect network
- Follow welcome instructions on PCTOUCH screen to connect to network

- The clock Admin passcode is 99999. This can be changed in the clock’s Advanced tab in PayClock.com.
