Playing and charging simultaneously
The 18W pass-through fast-charging port lets you keep playing without worrying
about your phone’s battery.
NOTES
- The controller does not contain a battery. It can be powered by the phone, or by the charging port when the phone is charging.
- Charging speed may vary depending on the phone type, battery level, cable, and the adapter you used.
- For optimal 18W (9V/2A) fast charging, use a USB-C® to USB-C® cable and an adapter that supports 18W charging, otherwise it will be limited to a maximum of 5W (5V/1A).
- If pass-through charging is not functioning, attempt the following steps: remove the phone from the controller, connect the USB-C® cable to the controller first, and then re-connect your phone.
- Certain mobile phones may not be compatible with the pass-through charging function.
Sleep mode
When the controller is idle for 5 minutes, it will enter sleep mode to
preserve your phone’s battery, and the RGB lighting automatically turns off.
To awaken the controller, simply press any digital key such as ABXY, D-pad or
L1/R1 bumper. However, pressing
analog keys such as L2/R2 (triggers) or moving the left/right analog sticks
will not activate the controller.
Reusable controller stand
Follow the steps below to reuse the package as a controller stand:
- Separate the controller stand along the dotted line on the bottom using an appropriate tool.
- Remove part b a from the stand.
- Place the controller on the stand.
