- Read all the instructions.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- Do not use the heating pad for animals.
- Do not use the heating pad for infants.
- Never leave this appliance unattended, especially around children.
- This pad is not to be used on, or by, a disabled, sleeping or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood circulation unless carefully attended.
- This heating pad must not be used by people who are not sensitive to heat, or by vulnerable people who may not react to overheating: e.g.diabetics, persons with skin-related illnesses, or persons with scarred skin in the area where the pad is to be applied, or after taking any pain-relieving medication or alcohol.
- Never pull this pad by the supply cord.
- Do not use in oxygen-enriched environments.
- Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this pad in place.
- Check on skin under the pad frequently as burns may occur regardless of the control setting.
- When using an extension cord with this pad, make sure you’ve checked the electrical specifications section to use them correctly. Use this pad only on a 120-volt AC electrical outlet. Unplug when not in use.
- Do not use the cord as a handle.
- Position the pad on top, but not underneath as the level of body heat may increase when heat is trapped.
- Never use the pad with liniments, ointments or salves, especially those containing heat
- producing ingredients that could cause skin burns.
- Loop the cord loosely when storing; tight wrapping may damage the cord and internal parts.
- Do not bend or pinch the cord, and do not use this pad if it has been dropped or damaged, or has malfunctioned, or if the power cord or plug is damaged. This pad has no user-serviceable parts. If for any reason this pad does not function satisfactorily, check the warranty for service information.

Polarized plug
This heating pad has polarized plug ( one blade is wider than the other) as
safety feature ( Figure 1). This plug fits into a polarized outlet only in one
way. lf the plug does not fully fit into the outlet, reverse the plug. lf it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
How to use your heating pad
The Control Connector must be connected to the Pad Connector before plugging the unit into an electrical outlet ( Figure 2).

Operating instructions
- Plug the unit into a 120–volt AC electrical outlet. The POWER indicator will turn red.
- Long press the ON/OFF Button for 1.5 seconds to turn on.
- Short press the ON/OFF Button to turn on the Quick ON Mode, Quick ON Mode indicator turn on blue. The temperature is set to level 7 at 131°F, the timer is set to 0.5h.
- Short press the ON/OFF Button again to turn off Quick ON Mode.
Tips: At Quick ON Mode the time and temperature settings cannot be used .
- Short press Temperature Button to adjust the temperature level. The LED will display the temperature level in green numeric segments.
- Short press Timer Button to adjust the time setting. The LED white indicator corresponds to 0.5H, 1H, 1.5H, 2H, 4H, 6H.

Automatic gear shifting feature
In order to save energy and prevent prolonged use from causing skin burns, the
OCOOPA heating pad is equipped with an automatic gear shifting feature. After
two hours of continuous use at temperature level 5-8, the device will
automatically shift down to level 4.
Frequently asked questions
When should the heating pad be used?
The heating pad should be used whenever the heattherapy pain relief is
needed for personal comfort.
What temperature does this product reach?
The temperature varies by heat setting from 95-140°F. The maximum
temperature does not exceed the Underwriters Laboratories temperature limit
of 140°F (60°C) .
Why is the pad not hot enough?
It may be because it doesn’t make enough contact with your body, so make
sure that the body side of the pad is laying against that specific body area.
The actul temperature felt also varies by the enviroment temperature and
clothes thickness.
