INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Important Safeguards

When using electrical products, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING

DANGER- To reduce the risk of electrocution:

1. Do not use while bathing.

2. Do not place or store product where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
3. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
4. Do not reach for a product that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.

WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons.

1. Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on, or near children or invalids.

2. Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
3. Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the product to a service center for examination and repair.
4. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
5. Never block the air openings of the product or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
6. Never use while sleeping or drowsy.
7. Never drop or insert any object into any opening or hose.
8. Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
9. Connect this product to a properly grounded outlet only. See Grounding Instructions.

Grounding instructions

This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This product is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

DANGER- Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock.

If repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the grounding wire to either flat blade terminal. The wire with insulation having an outer surface that is green with or without yellow stripes is the grounding wire.
Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completelyunderstood, or if in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.

This product is for use on a nominal 120 V circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A in Figure 75.1. A temporary adapter, which looks like the adapter illustrated in sketches Band C, may be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in sketch B if a properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly grounded outlet (sketch A) can be installed by a qualified electrician. The green colored rigid ear, lug, and the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in place by the screw.

If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a three wire extension cord that has a three blade grounding plug, and a three-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the product. Replace or repair a damaged cord.

Installation announcements

• Do not plug or unplug the power plug with wet hands.

•  Doing so may cause electrical shock.

• Do not get any water or cleaning products on the main unit or power plug.

• Doing so may cause a fire, electrical shock, heat or a short.

• Doing so can cause the product to crack rerulting in injury or water damage.

• Never disassemble, repair or alter.

• Doing so may cause a fire, electrical shock, heat or a short.

• Do not install the Wash let on moving vehicles such as RV’s or boats.

• Doing so could cause a fire, electric shock, a short or malfunction.

• The toilet seat, lid, main unit or other part might come loose and fall apart, resulting in injury.

• Do not use the Wash let if a malfunction occurs.

• In the following cases, unplug the plug out from the outlet and close the water supply valve.
  Possible malfunctions:
  -Water is leaking from a pipe or the main unit
  -The product is cracked or broken.
  -The product makes a strange noise or emits a strange odor.
  -The product emits smoke.
  -The product is abnormally hot.
  -The toilet seat cushion is out of place.

• Continued use after malfunction could cause a fire, electrical shock, heat, short, injury or water Only use tap water or potable well water (underground water). Do not use seawater.

• Doing so may cause irritation to the skin and malfunction.

• Do not touch the power plug during thunderstorms.

• Doing so may cause electrical shock.

• Do not allow the water supply hose to touch the power plug or outlet.

• Doing so may cause condensation resulting in a fire, electrical shock, heat or a short.

• Do not do anything that could damage the power cord, power plug or toilet seat cord.

• Do not strike, yank, twist, excessively bend, damage, alter, or heat the electrical cords. Also, do not place anything heavy, bind or pinch the electrical cords.

• Using a damaged electrical cord may result in a fire, electrical shock, heat or short.

• Do not use a loose or faulty electrical outlet.
  Doing so could cause a fire or a short.

• Do no use any outlet or wiring equipment beyond its specified rating

• Plugging too many plugs into the same outlet, for example using outlet splitters, can cause fire due to heat.

• Do not use any power supply other than the one specified.
  AC 120 V, 60Hz

• Doing so cou Id cause a fire or excessive heat.

• Do not stick a finger or anything else into the warm air outlet.

• Do not place anything on the warm air outlet or drape clothes over it.

• Beware of low-grade burns

• Improper use of heated toilet seats could cause a low-grade burn.

• When sitting for a long time on the toilet seat, switch the toilet seat temperature adjustment to “OFF”.

• When any of the following persons use a heated seat or warm air drying, someone should switch the toilet seat temperature adjustment to “OFF” and switch the drying air temperature to “Low”.
  -Young children, the aged and other users unable set the temperature appropriately themselves
  -The ill, physically disabled and others who do not have freedom of movement
  -Those using any medicines that cause drowsiness (sleeping medicine or cold medicine), those who have been drinking heavily, anyone severely fatigued and anyone else liable to fall asleep

• Always connect the Wash let to the cold water supply.

• Connecting to hot water supply may result in burns and equipment damage.

• Make sure that a properly grounded (3 prong) outlet has been installed.

• Failure to install a grounded outlet could cause electrical shock in the event of a malfunction or short circuit.

• Do not unplug by pulling the cord.

• To unplug, hold the plug, not the cord.

• Pulling on the cord may cause damage and result in fire or heat.

• This is an electrical product. Do not install it anywhere water is likely to get on the product or anywhere with humidity high enough that water is likely to form on the surface of this product. When using the product in a bathroom, install a fan or ventilation port and ensure good air flow through the bathroom.

• Failure to do so could cause a fire or electrical shock.

• If the electric cord is damaged, avoid danger by having the manufacturer’ s repair department or equivalent specialist replace it.

• Insert the power plug securely into the outlet.

• Failure to do so could cause a fire, heat or a short.

• Periodically remove dust and dirt from the electrical plug and make sure it is securely plugged into the wall outlet.

• Failure to do so could cause a fire, heat or a short.

• Pull the plug out from the outlet and wipe clean with a dry cloth.

• Always unplug the plug from the outlet before cleaning or maintenance.

• Failure to do so may cause electrical shock.

• Except when using “Wand cleaning”

• Always unplug the plug from the outlet before removing the main unit.

• Failure to do so could cause a fire or electrical shock.

• Keep cigarettes and other open flames away from this product.

• Failure to do so could cause a fire.

• When cleaning or maintaining the plastic parts (main unit etc.) or the water supply hose, use a kitchen cleaner diluted with water. Do not use any of the following.

• Toilet cleaner, household cleaner, benzene, paint thinner, powdered cleanser or nylon scrubbing pads.

•  These items could damage or crack the plastic and cause injury or malfunction.

•  These items could damage the water supply hose and cause a water leak.

• Do not apply strong force, mechanical shock, step on or stand on the toilet seat, toilet lid or main unit. Also do not place any heavy object on the toilet seat, toilet lid or main unit.

• Doing so could cause cracking or cause the main unit to come loose and fall resulting in injury.

• Doing so could damage the product and cause injury or water damage.

• Do not lift up this product by the toilet seat or lid.

• Do not raise the toilet seat or lid while objects are resting on top of the toilet.

• Doing so could cause the main unit to come loose and fall resulting in injury.

• Do not fold or crush the water supply hose.

• Doing so could cause water leaks.

• To prevent a sudden water leak, do not remove the water filter drain valve when the water supply valve is open.

• Doing so will cause water to spurt out.

• Refer to Page 37 for instructions on cleaning the water filter drain valve.

• Do not install the base plate, which is not attached, to the Wash let.

• Doing so could cause a fire or damage.

• Do not use the product if the main unit is unstable.

• If a water leak should occur, always close the water supply valve.

• Preventing damage to pipes and hoses due to freezing

• Frozen water pipes could cause the main unit and the pipes to break, resulting in a water leak.
  Regulate the room temperature to prevent the pipes and hoses from freezing during cold months.

• When not using the Wash let over an extended period of time, drain the water out of the Wash let and the water supply hose, and pull the electrical plug from the outlet.
  When using the product again, allow the product to refill with water first.

• Otherwise, the water in the tank might become contaminated and cause skin inflammation or other problems.

• Leaving the power ON might cause a fire or heat.

• When installing the water filter drain valve, make sure that it is securely tightened in its proper position.

• Failure to securely tighten it might cause water leaks.

• Push the main unit securely on to the base plate.

• After pushing the main unit until a click sound is heard, pull it slightly toward you to make sure that the product does not detach.

• Failure to do so could cause the main unit to come loose and fall resulting in injury.

Installation method(Main body installation)

Installation of intelligent toilet and ceramic body

Press and hold the disassembly button, pull down the machine mounting plate, and take out the machine mounting plate from the machine;

Screw the cross cup head machine screw M6*45 out of the rubber fixing sleeve, and then put the rubber fixing sleeve into the whole mounting plate on the ceramic body;

Place the machine mounting plate, mounting bracket, and cross cup head machine screw 6*45 above the mounting hole of the ceramic body;

Screw the cross cup head machine screw M6*45 into the rubber fixing sleeve, fix the mounting bracket and the whole mounting plate on the ceramic body;

Align the bottom of the toilet with the direction of the machine mounting plate, lift the back of the body upwards, and then slide it toward the machine mounting plate until you hear a “click” sound.

Water Supply Hose and intelligent toilet body installation

1. Water supply hose and water diversion valve installation:

1. Close the water Supply valve and remove the water supply hose connected to the ceramic;

2. Install adapters at both ends of the  water diversion valve;

3. Install the water diversion valve on the water supply va Ive;

4. Install the ceramic-connected inlet pipe on the water diversion valve.

Note:

Be sure to tighten it during installation, otherwise it may cause water leakage.

2. Make sure that the 0-ring part of the water supply hose is not attached with dust, and insert it straight into the connection part on the body side.

Note:
Make sure that the front of the water supply hose is equipped with an 0-ring.
Do not cut the water supply hose.
Do not use the old water supply hose, otherwise it will leak due to aging.
Do not allow the water supply hose to be scratched by sharps.
The water supply hose must be inserted straight to avoid the 0-ring being engaged by the body connection.

Water Supply Hose and intelligent toilet body installation

3. Insert the metal snap into the connection between the water supply hose and the body connector. (until hearing a “bang” sound).

4. When holding the water supply hose, turn the metal snap slightly, and make sure that there is no obstacle when turning.
If there is obstacle when turning, it is indicated that the installation is not correct.

5. Confirm whether the metal snap is firmly fixed. Slightly pull the water supply hose and confirm that the water supply hose will not be separated from the main body.

6. Confirm that all the interfaces have been connected, please turn on the water supply valve.

Prompt:
If the toilet is narrow, and after installing the body, if it is difficult to install the water supply hose, the water supply hose can be installed into the body, and then the body is installed to the ceramic.

Acceptance inspection items after installation completed

After the installation is completed, it must be commissioned and checked one by one according to the inspection items.

• Whether it can connect to a power outlet that can provide 120V to 60Hz and 15A safety ground or not.
• Whether the power plug is loose.
• Whether the main water supply valve of the water pipe is open.
• Whether each joint is tightened and fixed .
• Whether the power indicator lights up.
• Whether the functions of the product are normal :Whether the rear and bidet
• (including water pressure adjustment), dryer (including warm air intensity adjustment), water temperature and seat temperature adjustment, nozzle self-cleansing, automatic deodorization are normal.

Periodic spot inspection (please check once a month)

Press the “Test” key to confirm that the indicator light goes out and confirm that the product will stop working.
If there is no problem with the above content, press the “Reset” key and the product will restart.

Remote control instructions

Installation of Main Remote Control

Select a suitable and dry surface, tear off the sponge double-sided adhesive, and fix the remote control hanger.
Insert remote control into the hanger. (It is recommended to fix the remote control in a ventilated and easy-to-use position; remove the battery in case of long-time idle.)

Note

1. Installed in cold weather, keep the product in a warm room for 2 hours before installation.
2. The company shall be not responsible for any accident or injury as it is installed not according to the method stipulated in installation instruction or the specified part is not used.

Failure analysis and processing

Fail To Work

• Please confirm: Whether a cloth cover or cushion or other item is used on the sensing area of the seat ring. Solution: Remove the cloth cover or cushion or other items. Please confirm: Whether there is a power cut.
• Solution: Wait till the power restored.
• Please confirm: Whether the plug is loose or in bad contact.
• Solution: Connect well the plug to insure a good supply of power.
• Please confirm: Whether the power button is pressed. Solution: Press the power button of the toilet.

Washed Without Water

• Please confirm: Whether the water supply is cut-off.
• Solution: Wait till the water supply is restored. Please confirm: Whether the inlet valve is open.
• Solution: Open the inlet valve.
• Please confirm: Whether the filter is blocked by dirt.
• Solution: Clean the filter.
• Please confirm: Whether the inlet hose is blocked due to bending.
• Solution: Restore the bending of inlet hose.

Insufficient Cleaning Water

• Please confirm: Whether the water pressure is set at Low gear.
• Solution: Re-adjust water pressure.
• Please confirm: Whether the filter is blocked by dirt. Solution: Clean the filter. Please confirm: Whether the water nozzle is blocked by dirt.
• Solution: Clean the nozzle.

Water Cut-off While Washing

• Please confirm: The machine will stop automatically in 4 mins after pressing the Rear or Bidet button.
• Solution: Re-press Rear or Bidet button.
• Please confirm: Whether left the seat while washing.
• Solution: Re-press Rear or Bidet button.

Water Temperature Is Not Hot Enough

• Please confirm: Whether the water temperature is set at Low or Normal Temp. Solution: Reset water temperature.

Warm-air Temperature Is Not Hot

• Please confirm: Whether the air temp. is set at low gear or off status. Solution: Reset air temp. following the Remote-Con trol Instructions.

Air Cut-off While Dryer

• Please confirm: The machine will stop automatically in 4 mins after pressing the Dryer button.
  Solution: Re-press Dryer button.

• Please confirm: Whether left the seat while dryer. Solution: Re-press Dryer button.

Seat Ring Temperature Is Not Hot

• Please confirm: Whether the seat ring Temp is set a Low gear or Turn-off status. Solution: Reset seat ring Temp following the
• Remote-Cotrol Instructions.
• Please confirm: Whether it is set at Economy status. Solution: Press Economy button on the Control to exit the status.
• Please confirm: Whether there is a blackout.
• Solution: Wait till the power restored.

Rear

When sitting, press this key to start the function of “rear”;
The cleaning time of this function is 4 minutes;
When the cleaning function is on:
Press the “rear” key again to turn on/ off the “reciprocating cleaning” function;
Press “massaging” key to turn on/ off the massaging function;
Press the “position/\ V” key to adjust the cleaning position;
Press the “water tern p.” key to adjust the water temperature;
Press the “water pressure+/-” key to adjust the water pressure.

Bidet

When sitting, press this key to start the function of “bidet”;
The cleaning time of this function is 4 minutes;
When the cleaning function is on:
Press the “bidet” again to turn on/ off the “reciprocating cleaning” function;
Press “massaging” key to turn on/ off the massaging function;
Press the “position/\ V” key to adjust the cleaning position;
Press the “water temp.” key to adjust the water temperature;
Press the “water pressure+/-” key to adjust the water pressure.

Cold & hot SPA

Press this key to start the “cold & hot spa” function.
The cleaning time of this function is 4 minutes. Warm water or water of room temp will squirt alternatively from the hip wash to achieve
the effect of alternating cold & hot massaging.
When the cleaning function is on:Press the “cold & hot spa” key again to turn on/ off the “reciprocating cleaning” function;
Press the “position/\ V” key to adjust the cleaning position;
Press the “water pressure+/-” key to adjust the water pressure.

Deodorization

Press and hold the “air temp.” key for 3 seconds to turn on/ off the function of deodorization.

Dryer
When sitting, press this key to start the “dryer” function;
The dryer function is 4 minutes;
When the dryer function is on:
Press the “air temp.” key to adjust the air temperature.

Stop/Stand by

It is used to stop the running function of the whole machine;
Press and hold the “stop” key for more than 5 seconds when the seat is not in place to turn on/ off the power of the whole machine.

Children cleansing

Press this key to start the “children cleansing” function when sitting;
The cleaning time of the function is 4 minutes, and the state of low-level water temperature, low-level water pressure and the front of pipe position is maintained;

Note: in order to ensure safety, the water temperature, water pressure, pipe position, massaging and reciprocation cannot be adjusted after the function is turned on.

Reciprocating cleaning

This function can only be used when the cleaning function is turned on (except for children cleansing). After it is turned on, the cleaning pipe will do small-scale reciprocating motion based on the current pipe position. Press the cleaning function key again to start the reciprocating cleaning mode.

Massaging

This function can only be used when the cleaning function is turned on (except for cold & hot SPA and children cleansing). After it is turned on,The cleaning water pressure changes automatically to achieve massaging effect; Press “massaging” key to turn on/ off the massaging function.

Night light

Long press the “energy saver/NL” key for 3 seconds to turn on/ off the night light function; when it is turned on, the white soft light at the bottom of the product will be on;Turn on for 10 minutes and then turn on or off automatically according to the brightness of the room.

Seat temp.

Used to adjust the temperature of the seat ring;
Press the “seat temp.” key to adjust the seat temperature. The seat temperature adjustment range is 0-3 (when the seat temperature is 0, it is not heated). When the indicator lights are all off, the gear 0 is not heated.

Position

In the cleaning mode, press the “position;\ V” key to adjust the cleaning position. The pipe position adjustment range is 1-3 gears. It can be adjusted according to its own body feeling. This function is only applicable to rear, bidet,cold & hot SPA.

Water pressure

In the cleaning mode, press the “water pressure+/-” key to adjust the water pressure(except for children cleansing). The range of water pressure adjustment is 1-3.

Water temp.

Used to adjust the temperature of water temperature;
In the cleaning mode, press the “water temp.” key to adjust the water temperature. The range of water temperature adjustment is 0-3 (when the water temperature is 0, it is not heated). When the indicator lights are all off, the gear 0 is not heated.

Air temp.

In the dryer mode, press the “air temp.” key to adjust the air temperature. The range of air temperature adjustment is 0-3 (0 is normal temperature).When the indicator lights are all off, the gear 0 is not heated.

Prewetting of toilet bowl

Press and hold the “water temp.” key for 3 seconds to turn on/ off the prewetting function of the toilet bowl.

Nozzle cleaning

It is used for cleaning and maintenance of the cleaning pipe. Press the ” position/\” key for more than 3 seconds before landing to start the nozzle cleaning function.
After opening, the cleaning pipe stretches out. At this time, the cleaning pipe can be cleaned with a soft wet towel or a soft brush.

Energy saver

Used to turn energy saving mode on/ off. When on, the energy saving indicator light on the machine is on.
When it is turned on, the energy-saving mode will be automatically released when sitting, and it will be automatically restored to the energy-saving mode 10 minutes after leaving the seat.

Side key instructions

Stop

It is used to stop the running function of the whole machine;
Press and hold the “stop” key for more than 3 seconds when the seat is not in place to turn off the power of the whole machine. Press and hold the key for more than 3 seconds again to turn on the power again.
Press and hold the “stop” key for more than 3 seconds while sitting to start the dryer function.

Bidet

When sitting, press this key to start the function of “bidet”;
The cleaning time of this function is 4 minutes;
When the cleaning function is on:
Press the “female special key” again to turn on/ off the “reciprocating cleaning” function;

Rear

When sitting, press this key to start the function of “rear”; The cleaning time of this function is 4 minutes;
When the cleaning function is on:
Press the “rear” key again to turn on/ off the “reciprocating cleaning” function;

Test method: set the seat temperature and water temperature to the non-heating mode, clean the waterpassage with water temperature of 14-16 “C for 4 minutes, and then test the integral power according to the test conditions.
@test conditions: water inlet temperature within 5 ‘C, water inlet dynamic pressure at 0.2MPa, seat ring temperature at (high grade 3) , water temperature at (highgrade 3) , female cleaning water pressure at (high grade 3) , and integral power of cleaning water fromfemale cleaning mouth to the end .(the above test conditions do not enter the hydraulic massage mode.)
Test method: set the seat temperature and water temperature to the non-heating mode, clean the waterpassage with water temperature of S’C for 4 minutes, and then test the integral power according to the test conditions.

Maintenance instructions

Daily maintenance methods

Please remove the removable attachment before maintenance to make it more
convenient for maintenance.
Precautions before maintenance:

1. Make sure that the power is in off state.
2. Do not allow water to enter the interior of the product during maintenance.
3. Make sure that the cleaned detergent is scrubbed to prevent it from sticking between the body of the product and the gap of the toilet.

Product surface maintenance

Please unscrew the soft cloth after the soaking and use it again.
If the surface of the product is dirty, use a neutral detergent for the bathroom. After dilution, wipe the product with a small amount of soft cloth, and immediately remove the residual detergent from the surface with a clean damp cloth.

When not used for a long time

1. The water supply valve to stop the inlet.

2. Then use a wet towel to seat the seat on the sensor, and then press the [rear key] or [bidet key] on the operation panel or the remote control repeatedly to use up the water in the internal waterway of the machine.

3. Disconnect the power.

4. Remove the remote control battery.
