Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps:

1. Use a screwdriver and solid bar to punch out the knock-out tab on the Target Board.
2. Drill out the 4 holes on the Target Board using a 3.5mm drill.
3. Clean up any burs on the rear of the Target Board using a larger drill.
4. Using a stepping drill, create a 20mm hole as indicated.
5. Feed the cable through the Greenlight section towards the Red light section.
6. If there is a Vehicle Detector fitted, unplug it, connect the cable to it, and then connect the Vehicle Detector to the new wire harness. Secure cables with provided ties.
7. Add the grommet at the RED light entrance point.
8. Route the cable through the target board into the Red Timer Display.
9. Mount the Red Timer Display using X-head or thumb screws based on the Target Board.
10. Switch on the controller to test the display in QUICK Start TEST MODE. The Timer counts down when the RED light is on.

• Step 1:
  On the Target Board, use a screwdriver and then a solid bar and hammer to punch out the rectangular knock-out tab.

• Step 2:
  Use a 3.5mm drill and drill out the 4 holes where the pilot holes are on the Target Board.

• Step 3:
  Using a larger drill, clean up the burs from the rear of the Target Board.

• Step 4:
  Using a stepping drill (available from Bunnings) drill out a 20mm hole where shown.

• Step 5:
  Feed the cable through the Amber light section from the bottom Green light towards the top Red light section.

• Step 6:

  • NOTE: If the unit has a Vehicle Detector fitted, unplug this first.
  • Then plug the cable into this connector and connect the Vehicle detector to the new wire harness.
  • Tidy up the cabling using the cable ties provided.

• Step 7:
  Add the grommet to the cable at the RED light entrance point.

• Step 8:
  Route the cable through the target board and then into the Red Timer Display.

• Step 9:
  Using the supplied X-head screws or thumb screws (depending on the Target Board type fitted), mount the Red Timer Display.

• Step 10:

  • Once the timer is fitted and the lights closed, switch on the controller to test the display.
  • Use QUICK Start TEST MODE. The Timer will count down when the RED light is on.
