To avoid battery leakage, follow these recommendations:
- Never mix battery chemistries/types or brands.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- If the Glow Baton® has been dropped or impacted, inspect the batteries for damage and replace both batteries if damaged.
- Remove batteries if Glow Baton® will be stored for more than 6 months.
- Do Not leave drained batteries in Glow Baton®; replace batteries immediately if they are depleted or weak.
