Simplified EU Declaration of Conformity
Geberit International AG hereby declares that the radio equipment type for Geberit Preda, Selva and Tamina urinals with integrated flush control, mains, battery or generator operation complies with Directive 2014/53/EU.
The full text of the EU declaration of conformity is available at the following Internet address: https://doc.geberit.com/970892000.pdf

Characteristic curve of flow rate
The solenoid valve is fitted with a flow regulator ex works, which controls the flow rate at 14 l/min. Replacing the flow regulator (article number 243.579.00.1) can reduce the flow rate to 9 l/min.

Selecting the flush mode

Hybrid mode
If hybrid mode is activated (menu item 37), no flush is actuated during use (waterless operation). However, a periodic flush is actuated once the delay time or the interval has elapsed. The flush time is determined by the [flush time] (t flush) (menu item 47) value.

  • [User-controlled] mode (menu item 37 = [1]): Flushes after the delay time (t timeout) (menu item 48) has elapsed. No flush is actuated if the delay time is still active.
    Start of delay time:

    • From the first use
    • From the next use once the previous delay time has elapsed
  • GEBERIT-1314699-Urinal-Tamina-with-Integrated-Control- \(6\)[Interval-controlled] mode (menu item 37 = [2]): Flushes after the interval (t int) (menu item 49) has elapsed. No flush is released if the interval is still active.
    The interval starts:

    • From the first use
    • At the end of the previous interval, regardless of the number of uses GEBERIT-1314699-Urinal-Tamina-with-Integrated-Control- \(7\)

Disposal

Constituents
This product meets the requirements of Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) (restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment).

Disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment

The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin means that waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) must be disposed of separately and not with other non-recyclable waste. End users are legally obliged to return old equipment to public waste disposal authorities, distributors, or Geberit for proper disposal. Many distributors of electrical and electronic equipment are obliged to take back WEEE free of charge. Contact the responsible sales or service company to return the WEEE to Geberit.
Used batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed within the old equipment, as well as lamps that can be removed from the old equipment in a non-destructive manner, must be separated from the old equipment before being handed over to a disposal point.
If personal data is stored on the old equipment, end users themselves are responsible for deleting it before handing it over to a disposal point.
