3. Q: Is this speaker available via the USB-C port on the back, not just BT?
   A:The audio transmission is only available via BT, and the
   USB-C port on the back is only for device charging.

4. Q: Why can’t the second device pair with the BT Speaker?
   A: When using two devices with the same BT speaker, you need to switch off the BT function of the first device before connecting the second one. This will ensure that the second device can properly connect and function with the speaker.
