Why are my brightness settings not reflected correctly when my system

comes back from sleep or hibernation?

We are aware of this issue and are currently working with our supplier to come up with a more permanent fix via driver updates. For the moment, we recommend that you unplug your power adapter and connect it again to see if that corrects the issue. We will provide an updater as soon as possible.

Why does my screen brightness become dimmer than my preferred settings

after plugging or unplugging my power adapter?

We are aware of this issue and are currently working with our supplier to come up with a more permanent fix via driver updates. For now, we request that you manually re-adjust the brightness by pressing FN and F8 to dim or FN and F9 to brighten your screen. You may also use the brightness slider via Display Settings. We will provide an updater as soon as possible.

Why am I unable to increase the screen brightness level after completing

the Windows out-of-box setup?

This is a known compatibility issue between Windows and Intel drivers. Please restart your device and apply changes to your display brightness.
