SETTING UP THE TRANSMITTER AND CHARGING THE HELICOPTER

Infrared control

Battery cover
Use 6×1 .5 ‘AA2 batteries {not included)
Inserting Batteries: Unscrew the battery cover and Insert 6 AA batteries, making sure that you insert them following the correct polarity. Fix the battery cover in place.

Charging the Helicopter-via USB

  1. Make sure your helicopter is in the OFF position
  2. Plug the USB cable into a running computer. The computer has to be running and not just on hold.
  3. Insert the other end of the USB cable into the helicopter
  4. The USB charger will be on while charging and will tum off when full charged
  5. Charging can take up to 30-40 minutes. Disconnect once charged.
    DO NOT OVER CHARGE.

Charging the helicopter – via transmitter

  1. Make sure the helicopter and transmitter are in the OFF position
  2. Open the cover and extend the charging cable
  3. Connect the charging cable lo the helicopter
  4. Tum the transmitter ON. The LED light will be Green. While you plug in to charge the helicopter, the LED light become RED while charging. And it will tum to Green again after full charge.
  5. Charging can lake up to 45 minutes. Disconnect once charged. DO NOT OVERCHARGE

Caution: The battery in the helicopter can heat up during flight. Wait 10-15 minutes after each flight before charging

SAFETY NOTICE

  • Adult suparvisi6n is required when charging
  • DO NOT OVER CHARGE
  • Never place the helicopter near heat or dispose of it in a fine
  • Do not leave unattended whilst charging
  • Only ever use the USB cable and Transmitter charging cable that coma with this helicopter
  • If the helicopter becomes damaged, stop flying immediately

NOTICE:
When you have finished using your helicopter, turn the helicopter to OFF and remove all the batteries from the transmitter before storing away.

FLIGHT CONDITIONS

  1. Designed for indoor use or outside only if dry and no wind
  2. Make sure your flight area is free of all obstacles, people or pets.

Always keep at least a 2,5 meters safety distance between the helicopter and yourself in all directions.

SAFETY PRECAUTION

Do not touch any of the moving parts of your helicopter when It is in flight, or when moving on the ground

High motor temperature: the motor of the helicopter can get hot duting use. Do not touch the motor of the helicopter at any time during flight or for a period of time after flight.

TIME TO FLY

  1. Make sure your transmitter is turned OFF
  2. Turn your helicopter ON – The lights will illuminate
  3. Place the helicopter on the ground, preferably 2 meters away from you, tail facing towards you.
  4. Make sure the left Joystick of your transmitter Is In Its LOWEST position and than turn ON the power of the Transmitter

NOTICE: If the indicator’s light on the transmitter starts to flash, it means you require new batteries for the transmitter.

CONNECTION

  1. For safety reasons you can only create a connection between your Helicopter and tile transmitter. If the helicopter is first placed on a flat surface as the floor. It will not connect if you are holding it in your hand
  2. Place the helicopter down on a flat surface
  3. To form the connection, raise the left joystick to its HIGHEST position and then LOWER it right back down again.
  4. You may need t do this a few times to create the signal connection
  5. If you DO NOT do this, your transmitter and helicopter will not connect, with each other. Do this every time you fly.

OPERATING METHOD

Ascending/descending Push the control lever upward| Ascending| When you push up on the lift joystick, the speed of the main MD~ win increase and the helicopter will go up

Ascending/descending Push the control lever downward| Descending| When you pull down on the left joystick, the speed of the main rotors will decrease and the helicopter will go down
Left/right control lever Push to the loll/ Push to th1t right| Steering| 1. When the right joystick is moved to the left, the helicopter will rotate anti- clockwise
2. When the right joystick is moved right, the helicopter will rotate clockwise
Forward/backward Push the control lever upward| Forward| When you push the right joystick upward, the helicopters nose will point lower and the helicopter will fly forward
Forward/backward Push the control lever downward| Backward| When you pull the right joystick backward, the helicopter nose will point higher and the helicopter will fly backwards

TRIMMING THE HELICOPTER:
Due to different air conditions every lime you fly, the helicopter may spin
right or left a little instead of staying stable in the air. The TRIM control is
them lo adjust the helicopter for each night
Tum clockwise: If The helicopter is rotating anti-clockwise, then tum the
TRIM control clockwise to adjust
Tum anti clockwise: If the helicopter Is rotating clockwise, then tum the
TRIM control anti-<:clockwise to adjust

NOTICE:
If you hover the helicopter 30 cm off the ground, you will find it can become very unstable. This is not a fault of the helicopter; it happens because at this height the downdraft of the blades can cause the helicopter to rock. Lift or lower the helicopter a little and this effect should be reduce.

HOW TO USE ON-BOARD CAMERA- PHOTO AND VIDEO
Step 1: Check lo see if the 1G SD card is well placed in the camera
Step 2: Tum the power switch on the helicopter to ON and place the helicopter own on a flat surface.
Step 3: take off and fly the helicopter as detailed required in the previous instructions
Photo- If you want to take a photo button, the RED LED light will be flash once while taking a photo
Video- If you want to take a video, press down the video button the red light will be on all the time when recording the video. When you finish recording just down again the video button and ii will to stop recording. If you do not press the video button again the video will not be saved.

There are 3 lights on the helicopter end camera that indicate you are taking a photo or recording a video
The front copter LED lights will keep flashing while flying
The White LED light an the camera will keep on while working
When you press “Photo• button, the RED LED light on the camera will flesh. II flesh once fore photo. One Press, one Photo.
When you press “video· button, the RED LED light on the camera will be ON while recording.

IMPORTANT: The reactions of the helicopter will stow down when taking a photo or video. This is normal. II means you will get a clearer picture.

Step 4: How lo check the Photos and videos

  1. Use the cable attached in the box, connecting the smell plug into the
    Camera cable plug, then connecting the other side plug onto the
    computer

  2. Open “my computer’ and you will see the added soft disc inside.

  3. Check into it and you will find both the Photos and Videos you have taken there

  4. The photos and videos you have taken stared on the memory can

  5. The Photos are in JPG 12B0•950 format, the videos in AVI 640.480 format. If your computer does not open or play these formats as standard, you may need to convert them separately or download alternate software.

  6. Any additional software required is downloaded at your own risk.

BATTERIES:

  • All batteries( including the one in the helicopter) should be disposed of at your local battery recycling point
  • Do not dispose of batteries in heat or fire
  • Batteries should be changed by an Adult

WARNINGS:

  • Make sure your surrounding area is free of all obstacles before flying.
  • Not suitable for under 8 years old. Children should be accompanied by adults at all times.
  • If the helicopter becomes damaged or broken it should no longer be flown
  • If replacement blades ere to be attached to the gyro-copter (in the box), they be put on the correct way round.

Limited Warranty

✓ This product is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
✓ Warranty is effective since the commercial invoice duly is filled and sealed settlement.
✓ If there is any problem with the product, the user should contact us in the adress:
sat@imperiielectronics.com. Once received, the doubts, incidents and problems will be resolved by email. If this is not possible and the problem persists, the guarantee will be processed in accordance with current law.
✓ The warranty is extended for two years, referring only to manufacturing defects
✓ The expedition to the nearest service center or our central office to be made prepaid. The item must arrive well packed and with all its components.
✓ Assume no liability for damages arising from misuse of the product
✓ The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  1. If you have not been followed this manual correctly
  2. If the product has been tampered
  3. If it has been damaged by improper use
  4. If the defects have arisen as a result of power failures
