SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

  • Place the product on flat and solid surface and keep at least 0.6 m free space around the product.
  • Kids can move around this product only under adult supervision.
  • Use only well-grounded socket and proper power cord.
  • Pull out the plug after every use or during maintenance to avoid injury or damaging the product.
  • Please use this product according to the manual.
  • Do not use unauthorized modifications or accessories.
  • Only for indoor use.
  • Before first use, please read the manual carefully.
  • Use this product as is described in the manual.
  • Recommended maximum use time is 20 minutes.
  • Do not use the device if it is damaged. (frame, leather etc.)
  • Do not use the chair if the ventilation is blocked.
  • No not put on chair heavy items or objects with sharp edge.
  • Do not fall asleep during massage for safety reasons.
  • Do not use the chair after you consumed alcohol or other drugs or if you are sick or dizzy.
  • Do not use within one hour after meal.
  • Please be caution and do not use too strong massage.
  • Maximum load: 150 kg

POSITION OF MASSAGE CHAIR

  • Do not use the chair in high temperatures or moist environments (e.g. bathroom).
  • Do not use the chair immediately after temperature change.
  • Do not use in dust or impropriety rooms.
  • In is important to secure enough space and ventilation.

PEOPLE THAT SOULD NOT USE THE PRODUCT

  • People suffering from osteoporosis.
  • People who has hearth problems or are using electronic medical equipment (e.g. peacemaker).
  • People suffering fever.
  • Pregnant women.
  • People suffering skin diseases.
  • Kids younger 14 years old or people suffering mental illness can use this product only under adult supervision.
  • People that are recommended rest from the doctor or people suffering from sickness.
  • Do not use this chair if you have wet body.
  • Do not use the heat function if you are heat sensitive.

SAFETY

  • Maintenance should me done only by qualify person. Use should not disassemble the chair or do the maintenance by themselves.
  • After every use unplug the cord.
  • Do not use the product if the power cord, plug or socked are damaged.
  • If you are not using the chair for long period of time, store it at a clean and dry place and secure the power cord.
  • Do not expose the chair to high temperatures, direct sunlight and do not place the chair near heat source.
  • If the power cord, plug or socked are damaged, ask professional or qualified person for help.
  • For cleaning use wet sponge only. Do not use thinner, gasoline or alcohol for cleaning.
  • Mechanical parts are assembled and made to require minimum maintenance.
  • Pay extra attention to not damage the chair with sharp objects.
  • Do not push the chair on uneven ground, always pick the chair up and then move.
  • Do not let the chair to work for long periods of time.

COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

  • It is common that the motor is making sounds.
  • If the chair is not working please check the power cord, plug and socket and that the switch is ON.
  • After the massage time is over the massage chair will turn OFF. The product will automatically shut down if it is overheated ­ wait at least half an hour before next massage.

FUNCTION

  • Product is equipped with four massage hands, that can move up and down while scratching back and forth.
  • Five methods of massages: shiatsu, kneading, flapping, knocking and kneading with flapping.
  • 6 pre-set massages: relax, comfort, full body, neck and shoulders, back and waist, stretch.
  • Can save up to three custom massages to the memory.
  • You can setup upper body massage with five massage point options which include fixed position, partial position, full back, neck and shoulder, back and waist. You can use one of three speed options. In fixed position the massage hands can move up and down to adjust to the right position. In tapping, shiatsu and knocking the wide of the massage hands can be adjusted by three levels: wide, medium and narrow.
  • Air massage has three modes: full body massage, arms massage, leg massage with three levels of intervals.
  • Leg massage includes rollers for foot massage.
  • Beck rest use infrared light for heating.
  • Leg rest is adjustable.
  • You can adjust the angle of beck rest and foot rest.
  • Beck rest is designed to save maximum space.
  • Armrest are decorated with LED lights.
  • The chair and massage hands will reset after switching off.

TURNING OFF, PAUSE

  • Press the power button during massage, all massage functions will stop, and you can save memory. The backrest and footrest will reset position.
    If you press the memory button after massage, you will save all functions and backrest and footrest position.

  • Memory function: Press the memory button to save massage. Screen will show 1.2.3, press one to finish saving for 2 seconds. Press on/off button to turn off the chair will reset. OR wait 10 seconds after massage and the chair will reset automatically.

ASSEMBLY OF LEG REST

Prepare the hole of rail shaft (Pic 1) Place the sleeve on both sides of the calf hook (Pic 2)

Put washer to pit shaft. (Pic 3)
Align the calf hooks and rail shaft holes. Insert pin with flat washer. Pins are aligned with the screw holes for easy installation. (Pic 4 )

REMOVE OF HEAD CUSHION AND BACK CUSHION

  • Foldable pillow pad. User can choose the number of layers.
  • You can place the pillow to back to reduce massage intensity.
  • Backrest cushion and backrest are connected by zipper (1) and head cushion with backrest pad with Velcro (2).

FLOOR PROTECTION

If you place a heavy chair on a wooden floor for long time, place a carpet or a mat under it to avoid floor damage.

NOTE: Don’t move the chair wheels on a wooden floor, rough ground or in narrow places. Two people are required to lift the chair in this case. Cary the calf front sealing plate and the back cover (never lift the armrest).

MOVING THE CHAIR

Make sure all the wires are away from the floor, if you need to move it. Focus on the groove of the back cover, lift it in an angle (the centre of gravity is on the front caster). You can move the chair forward, then restore the chair to the normal angle.

WARNING! Always turn off the power switch and then unplug the power cord and remote-control wire before moving the chair.

After the product lifespan expired or if the possible repairing is uneconomic, dispose it according to the local laws and environmentally friendly in the nearest scrapyard. By proper disposal you will protect the environment and natural sources. Moreover, you can help protect human health. If you are not sure in correct disposing, ask local authorities to avoid law violation or sanctions. Don’t put the batteries among house waste but hand them in to the recycling place.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY, WARRANTY CLAIMS

General Conditions of Warranty and Definition of Terms
All Warranty Conditions stated here under determine Warranty Coverage and Warranty Claim Procedure. Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection, as amended, also in cases that are not specified by these Warranty rules.
The seller is SEVEN SPORT s.r.o. with its registered office in Strakonická street 1151/2c, Prague 150 00, Company Registration Number: 26847264, registered in the Trade Register at Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 116888.
According to valid legal regulations it depends whether the Buyer is the End Customer or not.
“The Buyer who is the End Customer” or simply the “End Customer” is the legal entity that does not conclude and execute the Contract in order to run or promote his own trade or business activities.
“The Buyer who is not the End Customer” is a Businessman that buys Goods or uses services for the purpose of using the Goods or services for his own business activities. The Buyer conforms to the General Purchase Agreement and business conditions. These Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are an integral part of every Purchase Agreement made between the Seller and the Buyer. All Warranty Conditions are valid and binding, unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Agreement, in the Amendment to this Contract or in another written agreement.

Warranty Conditions
Warranty Period
The Seller provides the Buyer a 24 months Warranty for Goods Quality, unless otherwise specified in the Certificate of Warranty, Invoice, Bill of Delivery or other documents related to the Goods. The legal warranty period provided to the Consumer is not affected. By the Warranty for Goods Quality, the Seller guarantees that the delivered Goods shall be, for a certain period of time, suitable for regular or contracted use, and that the Goods shall maintain its regular or contracted features.

The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from (if applicable):

  • User’s fault, i.e. product damage caused by unqualified repair work, improper assembly, insufficient insertion of seat post into frame, insufficient tightening of pedals and cranks
  • Improper maintenance
  • Mechanical damages
  • Regular use (e.g. wearing out of rubber and plastic parts, moving mechanisms, joints, wear of brake pads/blocks, chain, tires, cassette/multi wheel etc.)
  • Unavoidable event, natural disaster
  • Adjustments made by unqualified person
  • Improper maintenance, improper placement, damages caused by low or high temperature, water, inappropriate pressure, shocks, intentional changes in design or construction etc.

Warranty Claim Procedure
The Buyer is obliged to check the Goods delivered by the Seller immediately after taking the responsibility for the Goods and its damages, i.e. immediately after its delivery. The Buyer must check the Goods so that he discovers all the defects that can be discovered by such check. When making a Warranty Claim the Buyer is obliged, on request of the Seller, to prove the purchase and validity of the claim by the Invoice or Bill of Delivery that includes the product’s serial number, or eventually by the documents without the serial number. If the Buyer does not prove the validity of the Warranty Claim by these documents, the Seller has the right to reject the Warranty Claim.
If the Buyer gives notice of a defect that is not covered by the Warranty (e.g. in the case that the Warranty Conditions were not fulfilled or in the case of reporting the defect by mistake etc.), the Seller is eligible to require a compensation for all the costs arising from the repair. The cost shall be calculated according to the valid price list of services and transport costs.
If the Seller finds out (by testing) that the product is not damaged, the Warranty Claim is not accepted. The Seller reserves the right to claim a compensation for costs arising from the false Warranty Claim.
In case the Buyer makes a claim about the Goods that is legally covered by the Warranty provided by the Seller, the Seller shall fix the reported defects by means of repair or by the exchange of the damaged part or product for a new one. Based on the agreement of the Buyer, the Seller has the right to exchange the defected Goods for a fully compatible Goods of the same or better technical characteristics. The Seller is entitled to choose the form of the Warranty Claim Procedures described in this paragraph.
The Seller shall settle the Warranty Claim within 30 days after the delivery of the defective Goods, unless a longer period has been agreed upon. The day when the repaired or exchanged Goods is handed over to the Buyer is considered to be the day of the Warranty Claim settlement. When the Seller is not able to settle the Warranty Claim within the agreed period due to the specific nature of the Goods defect, he and the Buyer shall make an agreement about an alternative solution. In case such agreement is not made, the Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a financial compensation in the form of a refund.
