WaterWatcher Leak Detector
User Guide
Overview:
The WaterWatcher is designed to detect water leaks. When a leak is detected, the WaterWatcher will sound an alarm and turn off the appliance that is causing the leak by de-energizing its output. The LED indicator on the front of the control module is green when the output is energized and red when it is de-energized. Once the WaterWatcher is triggered, it will stay triggered until it is reset using the Smart Button.
Step-by-Step Installation:
Step 1: Plug the WaterWatcher control module into a 120 VAC outlet.
Step 2: Plug the appliance into the WaterWatcher control module.
Step 3: Place sensor in optimal location to detect potential sources of
leaks. Sensor should be placed with probes facing down and label side up.

Smart Button Features
- Mute Alarm: Press and release the Smart Button while the alarm is active. The alarm will remain muted until the switch has been reset.
- Switch Reset: Press and release the Smart Button when the sensor is dry.
Warranty:
STAK Enterprises Inc. warrants the WaterWatcher to be free from defects in
materials and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five years from the
date of purchase. STAK
Enterprises Inc. makes no other express or implied warranty for this device.
No agent, representative,
dealer, or employee of STAK Enterprises Inc. has the authority to increase or
alter the obligations or
limitations of the warranty. The company’s obligation of this warranty shall
be limited to the repair or
replacement of any part of the WaterWatcher which is found to be defective in
materials or
workmanship under normal use and service during the five year period
commencing with the date of
purchase. During the initial 90-day period commencing with the date of
purchase, such repair or
replacement shall be made without charge. During the remaining period of the
warranty, such repair or
replacement shall be made at a charge to the customer not to exceed the
manufacturer’s cost.
THE DURATION OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THAT OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES, SHALL BE LIMITED TO
THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR COMMENCING WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE. IN NO CASE
SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR
BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
