If you are experiencing No/Low Spray, follow these steps to resolve:
Note: Trigger on handle must be held in order for machine to produce spray

Clean Water Tank on the back of machine should be full and sitting flush with machine

Remove tank, fill if needed, and inspect water tank for cracks or leaks
- If tank is damaged, a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Check for cracks on cap and rubber gasket on water tank
- If cap or gasket is damaged, order a new one > Go to Parts & Supplies

If there are no leaks or cracks in water tank, or cap & gasket, securely install your cap onto tank, place water tank back on machine

Put machine on the docking station > Run the Clean Out Cycle

Did the Clean Out Cycle Run?
- No > Turn machine off and remove from docking station > Go to No Spray Foot and Brush Window
- Yes > Take machine off of docking station > Turn machine on > Recline & hold down trigger to test for spray
- Was there spray?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
