If you appear to be experiencing No/Low Spray, follow these steps to
resolve:

Does your machine have a hose?
- Yes > Go to No Spray to Hose
- No > Turn off and unplug machine

If the handle is not fully extended the machine will not spray
- To extend the handle, twist blue collar to unlock position
- Pull the handle upward to extend completely
- Twist blue collar to lock (to keep handle fully extended)
- Handle should be about 5 inches above the collar and try to twist the collar to lock the handle in place
- If you’re having difficulty, try to slowly adjust the handle by lowering it or extending it up while twisting the collar to lock the handle

Check that there is no damage to the solution tank or the dirty water tank
- If damaged, replace tank > Go to Parts & Supplies

Fill water tank with solution

Squeeze the trigger on the handle as the tank is reinserted, holding the trigger for 15 seconds

Inspect the screws on the back of the upper handle and make sure they firmly in place
