My Carpet & Floor Manual Sweeper is not picking up debris | Support

• Empty dust pans

  • Check brushes

  • • Clean accumulated debris, lint, strings and carpet fibers that could prevent brush from rotating freely
      • If brushes are worn or frayed, they should be replaced

  • Static build-up could affect how well the sweeper can pick up debris

  • • Disposable laundry dryer sheets can be used to eliminate static
      • Place sheet in dryer for a few minutes then wipe the brush/brushes for about a minute
