My CrossWave X7 is Difficult to Push | Support

If your machine is difficult to push, follow these steps to resolve:
*It will be more difficult to push if CrossWave is cleaning a thick or high area rug or a sticky mess on a bare floor

Remove machine from docking station & keep it turned off

Remove and empty dirty water tank
- For steps > Go to Dirty Water Tank Maintenance

Lay it down updside down to inspect wheels

Manually spin front and rear wheels and remove any debris around them

Turn machine on
-
Recline machine to activate brush roll
-
If brush roll does not turn > Go to Brush Not Turning troubleshooting
