Unplug and remove the clean water tank from the back

Place the handle in the upright position, not the storage position
-
Press the trigger
- If it doesn’t spring back, remove handle, inspect for damage, and reassemble the handle making sure there is no gap between the handle and the body of the machine

If it continues to spray, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
