Unplug machine
-
Remove nozzle by pulling up on both sides

Take brush roll out by pulling up on brush roll tab

Clean hair wrap and debris from brush roll and brush roll ends

Hold colored pull tab on brush roll and spin other end
- If brush doesn’t spin, a replacement needs to be ordered
-
Check plastic drive gear, (where brush roll is inserted into, on the foot of machine) remove debris wrapped in this area
- Turn gear by hand to make sure it spins
- If gear doesn’t turn by hand or is deformed, Contact Us

Reinstall brush roll by inserting right side into machine first, then press down tab on opposite side until secure

Reattach nozzle to machine
- Line up tabs on front edges of foot and then push window into place until it clicks

Plug machine in, recline and choose a cleaning mode to turn on and test if brush turns
- If brush still does not spin, Contact Us
