  • Remove dirt cup from the hand vac

    • Turn machine on

    • Check for suction at the motor duct, grill on the bottom

      • If no suction at the motor duct, please Contact Us
      • If there is suction at the motor duct reattach the dirt cup
      • With the dirt cup in place, check for suction at the end of the nozzle
        • If no suction, verify the nozzle is not clogged
    • Confirm the vacuum is fully charged

      • If not, please refer to No Power troubleshooting for charging instructions
      • If the machine still has little or no suction, or is still blowing dust, please Contact Us
    • If machine is blowing dust

      • Unplug machine
      • Empty dirt cup
      • Clean the filters
      • If the filter is dirty, it will reduce suction
      • Filter can be tapped against a garbage can or it can be rinsed with warm water and mild detergent
      • Allow filters to completely dry (24-48 hours) before replacing in machine
        • If filter is torn or damaged, the filter may need to be replaced
          • If the machine still has little or no suction, or is still blowing dust, please Contact Us
