Remove dirt cup from the hand vac

Turn machine on
-
Check for suction at the motor duct, grill on the bottom
- If no suction at the motor duct, please Contact Us
- If there is suction at the motor duct reattach the dirt cup
- With the dirt cup in place, check for suction at the end of the nozzle
- If no suction, verify the nozzle is not clogged
- If still no suction, please Contact Us
- If no suction, verify the nozzle is not clogged

Confirm the vacuum is fully charged
- If not, please refer to No Power troubleshooting for charging instructions
- If the machine still has little or no suction, or is still blowing dust, please Contact Us

If machine is blowing dust
- Unplug machine
- Empty dirt cup
- Clean the filters
- If the filter is dirty, it will reduce suction
- Filter can be tapped against a garbage can or it can be rinsed with warm water and mild detergent
- Allow filters to completely dry (24-48 hours) before replacing in machine
- If filter is torn or damaged, the filter may need to be replaced
- If the machine still has little or no suction, or is still blowing dust, please Contact Us
- If filter is torn or damaged, the filter may need to be replaced
