  • Power off and unplug machine

    • Remove clean water tank

    • Fill with water

    • Securely reattach cap and check to make sure plug is secure with no gapping

    • Check for any damage or cracks in the cap or around the plug

      • If cap has any damage or cracks a replacement should be ordered
    • Insert the clean water tank back into the machine and push down until there are no gaps between the tank and the machine

    • Remove the dirty water tank

    • Look to see if there is water in the receiving area where the tank sits

    • If there is water in this area, check the rubber duck bill gasket in the bottom of the dirty water tank is installed properly and doesn’t have any damage

      • If it is damaged a replacement top of the dirty water tank should be ordered
    • Twist the cap on the dirty water tank

    • Secure the plug on the dirty water tank, check for any gaps or deformities around or to the plug

    • If there are any gaps or deformities a new dirty water tank should be ordered

    • Insert dirty water tank back on machine, pushing down until there are no gaps between the tank and the machine

    • Unwrap the hose and inspect it for any rips or damage

      • If there is any damage on the hose, a replacement should be ordered
    • Check to see if machine is still leaking
