Power off and unplug machine

Remove clean water tank
-
Fill with water
-
Securely reattach cap and check to make sure plug is secure with no gapping
-
Check for any damage or cracks in the cap or around the plug
- If cap has any damage or cracks a replacement should be ordered
-
Insert the clean water tank back into the machine and push down until there are no gaps between the tank and the machine

Remove the dirty water tank
-
Look to see if there is water in the receiving area where the tank sits
-
If there is water in this area, check the rubber duck bill gasket in the bottom of the dirty water tank is installed properly and doesn’t have any damage
- If it is damaged a replacement top of the dirty water tank should be ordered
-
Twist the cap on the dirty water tank
-
Secure the plug on the dirty water tank, check for any gaps or deformities around or to the plug
-
If there are any gaps or deformities a new dirty water tank should be ordered
-
Insert dirty water tank back on machine, pushing down until there are no gaps between the tank and the machine
-
Unwrap the hose and inspect it for any rips or damage
- If there is any damage on the hose, a replacement should be ordered
-
Check to see if machine is still leaking
