If you are experiencing Low/No Heat, follow these steps to resolve:

Check both power switch and heater switch are on (select machines)

Is heater light illuminated?
- Yes > Continue Troubleshooting
- No > Make sure heater switch is turned on > Visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us

Heater will increase water temperature by 25°

Start with hot tap water in bladder and never use boiling or water heated in microwave
-
Allow heater to warm up for 2 minutes and test
-
Upholstery hose does not spray water that is heated beyond level of hot tap water you put into bladder
