If the Mop Pad is falling off the machine, follow these steps to resolve:

The mop pad must go around the lip of the foot and the scrub brush must be up

Putting the mop pads in the dryer is not recommended
- This may shrink the pad making it very hard to put it on the mop head or if they get it on, it will slip off

If the pad has been used for too long, the elastic may become too stretched out
- If pad has streched out or shrunk, a new pad is needed > Go to Parts & Supplies
