My EasySweep® Cordless Floor & Carpet Sweeper is not picking up debris | Support

• The machine is a sweeper and does not have suction

  • Confirm the dirt cup is empty

  • The machine will turn on but not pick up if dirt cup is full

    • Avoid picking up large items with sweeper

  • Verify the brush rotates

    • If yes, make sure the dirt container is securely placed into machine
    • Press down on the machine to ensure the dirt container is in place
    • The machine will continue to run even with the dirt container not in place
    • If no, make sure machine is fully charged
    • The battery needs to charge a full, uninterrupted 16 hours before initial use
