Check charger label to make sure the correct charger is being used

Unplug the charger from the machine and wall

Run your fingers down the entire length of the charger cord to check for damage
- If the cord is damaged, a new one will need to be ordered

Test a different device (such as a phone charger) in the outlet to ensure it’s working

Test the machine by plugging the charging cord directly into the machine
- If the light blinks red or blue, allow it to charge
- If there’s no blinking light, please Contact Us
