With the machine unplugged, run hand along entire cord looking for any damage or exposed wires

If damaged, please Contact us

Check the trigger for tension
- If there is no tension, the handle will need to be re-assembled
- The hook part of the handle should be facing towards the back of the machine on the power cord side
- The handle should be locked in with no gaps between the metal and the plastic connector piece

Fill water tank by opening the lid on top and pour in 12 oz. of tap, distilled, or demineralized water (recommended)

Reinsert water tank and ensure it is pushed securely onto the machine

Plug in the machine and wait 30 seconds for steam
- If still no steam,
- Remove the mop-head and check for steam at the spray tip by aiming the spray end in the sink or tub
- Keep body parts away from the machine
- If there is still no steam with the mop-head removed,
- Unplug the machine and let it sit for at least 5 min to cool
- Clean the spray tip with a paper clip
- If still no steam, please Contact us
- If there is still no steam with the mop-head removed,

If there is steam with the mop head removed, the mop head may be clogged
- Clear out each of the 4 holes with a paper clip
- Pour white vinegar through the top of the mop head to clear the clog
- Clear the vinegar out of the machine by running warm water through it
- Reattach the mop head to the machine and check again for steam
