  • With the machine unplugged, run hand along entire cord looking for any damage or exposed wires

    • If damaged, please Contact us

    • Check the trigger for tension

      • If there is no tension, the handle will need to be re-assembled
      • The hook part of the handle should be facing towards the back of the machine on the power cord side
      • The handle should be locked in with no gaps between the metal and the plastic connector piece
    • Fill water tank by opening the lid on top and pour in 12 oz. of tap, distilled, or demineralized water (recommended)

    • Reinsert water tank and ensure it is pushed securely onto the machine

    • Plug in the machine and wait 30 seconds for steam

      • If still no steam,
      • Remove the mop-head and check for steam at the spray tip by aiming the spray end in the sink or tub
      • Keep body parts away from the machine
        • If there is still no steam with the mop-head removed,
          • Unplug the machine and let it sit for at least 5 min to cool
          • Clean the spray tip with a paper clip
    • If there is steam with the mop head removed, the mop head may be clogged

      • Clear out each of the 4 holes with a paper clip
      • Pour white vinegar through the top of the mop head to clear the clog
      • Clear the vinegar out of the machine by running warm water through it
      • Reattach the mop head to the machine and check again for steam
      • If still no steam, please Contact us
