If your machine is hot to the touch, follow these steps to resolve:

Machine heats up internally and can feel very warm to the touch on the white plastic – Avoid touching this area when steam mop is plugged in
-
When removing the metal wand and tools from pod, press “pause” button to prevent accidentally pressing trigger and let spray tips cool down
-
- Caution: Excess steam may emit from spray tips while cooling down
-
Make sure the nozzle tips are cool when removing and attaching tools
-
Let pad cool down before removing or replacing
-
If the plastic is deformed near the heater of the machine > Contact Us
