Turn off and unplug machine

Slide the Lock ‘n Seal lever to “unlock” position to remove dirt tank and empty

Grasp inner cyclone screen in upper tank and twist to the right to unlock
- Inner cyclone, screen, and tank may be wiped with damp cloth to clean
- Allow to air dry completely before reinstalling

Slide out tray beneath dirt tank and remove foam pre-motor filter
- Pre-motor filter may be washed in cold water with mild detergent
- Allow to air dry completely before reinstalling

Recline machine and push button on post-motor filter door located below pre-motor filter tray
- Post-motor filter is NOT washable and will need to be replaced if dirty

Remove hose from back of machine by twisting hose collar to the left and pull hose wand out of base
- Run a broomstick through hose to clear any clogs
- If hose is cracked or damaged, it will need to be replaced

Remove screw from left of lower hose to lay lower hose flat
- Run a broomstick through lower hose to clear any clogs
- If machine still has no suction, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
