Unplug machine

Slide the Lock ‘n Seal lever to “unlock” position to remove dirt tank and empty

Grasp inner cyclone screen in upper tank and twist to the right to unlock
- Inner cyclone, screen, and tank may be wiped with damp cloth to clean
- Allow to air dry completely before reinstalling

Slide out tray beneath dirt tank and remove foam pre-motor filter
- Pre-motor filter may be washed in cold water with mild detergent
- Allow to air dry completely before reinstalling

If the machine is making a “whistling” sound, make sure pre-motor filter tray is pushed all the way into the machine

Recline machine and push button on post-motor filter door located below pre-motor filter tray
- Post-motor filter is NOT washable and will need to be replaced if dirty

Adjust height setting to ensure it is correct for the surface that is being cleaned
- If machine is still making a loud noise, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
