If leaving too much water on the floor, the trigger may be being held down too long

Remove the tank and check for any cracks or warping
- If tank is damaged, Contact us

Check that the cap is not cracked
- If it is cracked, a new cap assembly will need to be ordered

Check that the rubber gasket at the tip of the cap is still attached to the machine
-
Push up on the x-valve over the sink to ensure that the water releases out of the tank
- If there is an issue with the cap a new cap assembly will need to be ordered

Reinsert water tank and ensure it is pushed securely onto the machine
- If the machine is still leaking, Contact us
