Remove dirty water tank by pulling up on top of it

Empty dirty water tank by unscrewing the bottom of tank and removing float
-
Rinse float with warm water and make sure float can freely move up and down
- If float cannot move freely, a replacement should be ordered

Put float back into dirty water tank and screw gray ring around bottom of tank to secure float into place

Set dirty water tank aside
-
Clear any debris from opening on motor-duct located on machine under dirty water tank
-
With machine turned on, check for suction at motor-duct
- If no suction, Contact Us

If there is suction coming from motor-duct, but no suction coming from the tool, continue troubleshooting
-
Remove top of suction nozzle and clear it of any hair or debris
-
Clear any debris from the end of tool
-
Place top of suction nozzle back onto tool and test for suction

If still no suction, Contact Us
