If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an
obstruction in the air pathway
Follow these steps to resolve:

Test for suction at the end of the Extension Wand
- Remove Foot from the end of the Extension Wand
- Gently pull on the green locking ring to remove the Foot Assembly
- Turn On, hold hand over end of Extension Wand

Is there suction at the end of the Extension Wand?
- Yes > Go go Brush/Foot Area
- No > Disconnect the Extension Wand from the Hand Vac
- Turn On, hold hand on end of Hand Vac (where Extension Wand connects)

Is there suction at the end of the Hand Vac opening?
- Yes > This would indicate there is a clog in the Extension Wand
- Look through Extension Wand > Clear debris

No > Remove Dirt Bin & clear debris from openings

Turn ON > Hold hand over Circular Suction Inlet (Where top of Dirt Tank fits)

Is there suction at the Circular Suction Inlet?
- Yes > This would indicate the Filters need to be cleaned
- Go to Cleaning Filters
- No > please Contact Us
