Unplug vacuum

Run hand along entire length of power cord, it should be smooth

Check plug for damage
- If either the cord (not smooth or exposed wires) or plug (prongs) are damaged, Contact Us

Verify the battery is fully charged
- The machine must be in the OFF position before charging
- Machine should be securely placed in the charging base
- Confirm the charging base adaptor is plugged into a working outlet
- The red indicator light will illuminate and remain on when plugged in
- Charge the unit completely for 24 hours prior to first use
- Approximately 16 hours of charging is required for the battery to regain full capacity
- NOTE: The adaptor may become warm during charging – this is normal
- If machine still does not have power, Contact Us
