Manner of wearing

Choose the best earphone cap size

Different sizes of earphones are available, and the most suitable pair can be selected to enjoy the most premium experience. Take out the earphones from the box, and fit these with the most comfortable caps to please your ears.

Wearing instructions

Each pair of earphones is marked with “L” and “R”, with “L” for the left ear and “R” for the right ear.
Tip: Your left ear and right ear may need to be fitted with earphone caps of different sizes. Gently push the capped earphones into your ears, and adjust the earphones to fix into a comfortable position.

Operations

Instructions for first time use

Before using the device for the first time or after long time storage, charge the earphones and power box.

Smart fast connection

Once the power box is opened, take out the left and right earphones. The left and right earphones will be automatically switched on and interconnected. After the successful connection, the left and right earphones will prompt a voice message, “Pairing”. Then, activate your cellphone and search for the Bluetooth connection device “C8X”. A successful match and connection will be prompted by the voice message, “Connected”, confirming that the device is ready for use.

Switching off the device

The device can be switched off with the following 3 methods:

1. Return the earphones back into power box and close the lid. These will be automatically switched off and charged.
2. If the power box is not with you, disconnect the Bluetooth connection in your cellphone, and the earphones will automatically switched off in approximately 5 minutes.
3. Long press the L/R button on the earphones for 2 seconds.

Reuse of earphones

Open the power box, and the left and right earphones will be automatically matched. Then, the main earphone will be connected via Bluetooth (to the device connected during the previous session).

Charging of earphones

1. Return the earphones into the power box, and after seconds, these will begin charging with the light on.
2. When charging, the earphones will emit a red light, and the screen on the power box will display the power quantity of the earphones (For example, the first light flash indicates 0-20% power, the second flash, with the first light on, indicates 21%-40% power, and the fifth light flash, thereafter, indicates 81%-99% power).
3. When fully charged, the green lights on the earphones and the screen light on the power box will disappear. After 30 seconds, the box will automatically cut off the power.

Charging the power box

1. Please charge the box using chargers with an output voltage of DC 5V/1A, or USB ports on computers or other chargers (the charger must be verified by legitimate factories).
2. When the box is charged, a number in the middle of the screen will indicate the power quantity. When the box is fully charged, “100” will be displayed on the screen. It is advised to disconnect the box from the charging device.
   Notice: Please use chargers with an output voltage of DC 5V/1A or USB ports on the PC. Repeated charging and discharging of the earphones can cause the battery efficiency to decline with time, which is normal for all rechargeable batteries (During normal use, do not forcibly squeeze the pin contactor).

Notice:

1. Please do not disassemble or refit the earphones. Otherwise, the earphones will breakdown or burnout. This will not be covered under the warranty.
2. Please keep the device away from corrosive liquids. Otherwise, this will cause serious damage to the devices. The manufacturer will not cover the warranty.
3. Please do not expose the device to extremely high or low temperatures (below 0℃ or above 45℃).
4. Please avoid using the device during thunderstorms. This would lead to failure of the device, and cause risk of electric shock.

Warning!

The device contains a lithium battery. To prevent explosions, DO NOT expose the device to blazing sunshine, place the device on fire, or throw the device on fire.

Common questions

Q: The power box fails to recharge?
A: Use another data cable, or check if the cable is fitted properly into the port.

Q: The earphone signal is not stable, or there is no sound from the earphones?
A: Please wear the earphones according to instructions mentioned above, and place the cellphone into the front pocket when using the device outdoors.

Q: When searching for the Bluetooth connection, two devices named ?C8X? appears?
A: Delete these two devices, and operate the device according to the instructions (Bluetooth matching).

Q: The sound is low or unclear when answering a call?
A: Increase the volume of the earphones or cellphone, and do not place the cellphone too far from the earphones.

Q: No sound?
A: Increase the volume of the earphones or cellphone

Q: What is the transmission distance between the left and right earphones?
A: 15 meters in barrier-free circumstances.
