Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The mobile phone can search for Bluetooth, but cannot be paired
successfully? Answer: The Bluetooth program of the mobile phone may be
disordered. You can restart the mobile phone and the headset at the same time
and then connect again.
Q: Can’t the other party hear the voice sent by Whatsapp? Answer: Some mobile
phones do not fully support Bluetooth microphones. When recording or using
third-party software such as WhatsApp to send voices one by one, they can only
use the built-in microphone of the mobile phone by default. In this case, it
is recommended to update the phone to the latest version first; if the problem
persists, it is recommended to speak as close to the built-in microphone of
the phone as possible when you need to send one voice. Or directly use voice
calls or phone calls.
Q: Can I wear it on both left and right ears? Answer: Yes! The direction of
the rear cap and the direction of the ear hook can be turned at will, and the
comfortable angle can be adjusted arbitrarily according to your actual
situation.
