Combining dual-mies that cancel noise and wind technology, the EC300 headset will give you a super clear phone call experience. With the Qualcomm 3020 smart chip, lower power consumption offers an extremely long talking time.
It also supports aptX low latency and aptX-HD sound experience to make more enjoyable.

Charge

a) Open the dust plug, plug in the type-c cable
b) The other end connects to your charger
c) Wait for the charge fully and plug out cable and place back the dust plug

About 40 min for a full charging
Note:

1. The indicator lights red when charg ing, and turns blue after charge fu lly.
2. Please disconnect when charging.

Pairing

How to pair with a phone

a) Power on
Place the power ON/ OFF key to the ON to turn on the headset, and then enter the pairing mode.

b) Pair with phone
Enable your phone’s Bluetooth function, search for the “EC300” model and click to pair

After pair successfully, the light will stop flash and then light every 10 seconds

How to pair with a notebook

a) Power on as normal steps
b) Pair with your laptop (like my XIAOMI notebook)
Find the Bluetooth mark from the pull-up options on the bottom right corner, click it and then click “Add Bluetooth devices” to enter the Bluetooth & other devices page. Make sure the Bluetooth button was on “ON” place (default Open status), then click “Add Bluetooth & other devices” to select “Bluetooth” to search for the “EC300” model, click it to pair.

How to pair two devices simultaneously

a) Pair with the first phone successfully as the normal steps, then close your phone’s Bluetooth function .
b) Pair with the second  phone successfully also as the normal steps.
c) Enable the first phone’s Bluetooth, select the “EC300” model to pair, and achieve connect with two devices at the same time

Note:

1. If you want to pair it with a phone and notebook, please pair it with the phone firstly.
2. If you want to switch devices, just need to stop/pause another device.
3. When you dial a phone call, please select the “EC300” model as your sound carrier.

Using guide

Power on

Push the Power ON/OFF key to ON place to turn on the headset and announce ” power on”.

Power off

Push the Power ON/OFF key to OFF place to turn off and announce “power off”.

Call events control

1. Answer
   Tap the multifunction key to answer an incoming call

2. Hang up
   Tap again the multifunction key to end up your call

3. Reject
   Long-press about 2 seconds the multifunction key to reject an incoming call

4. Redial
   Double-tap the multifunction ket to redial the last phone number you have dialed

5. Mute control
   Tap the mute key once to close the microphone and tap again to open it

Functions

Volume control

Tap the volume “+”key to increase the volume.
Tap the volume”-” key to decrease the volume.
X Note: Some devices do not support wireless control, so please volume your device to the maximum at first.

Music control

1. Play/Pause: Tap the multifunction key
2. Previous song: Long-press the volume”-” key about 2 seconds
3. Next song: Long-press the volume “+” key about 2 seconds

Note

1. All apple and some android cell phones support battery status remind.
2. EC300 offers long-last talking time, up to 24h. The music time may be different depending on your volume and song style.
3. The effective connection distance can be up to 33ft, and work well within 5 meters because the long distance, the more disturbing elements and lead to poor pairing.
4. To last longer use limit, please charge the headset every 1.5 months although you don’t pair it for a long time. Avoid touching chemical liquid or work in high-temperature and dust environment.

Questions and Answers

Q: Why you can’t pair with my phone?
Answer: That may caused by the disordered Bluetooth program, you can try to clear your connection history and then reconnect.

Q: The other end can’t hear me via WhatsApp?
Answer: Some smartphones may not support Bluetooth microphones, please update your phone’s software version, if it still can’t work, we will kindly suggest using your phone’s mic. If you are talking in a ZOOM meeting, please directly set in your ZOOM app.

Q: Can you wear on both ears?
Answer: Yes, you can wear it on both right and left ears without trouble. You just need to rotate the ear hook.

Q: Why does the headset always slip off?
Answer: There are three sizes ( S/M/L) ear tips available, you can choose one of them to ensure comfortable to wear
