Important Safety Tips

Please read and understand the following safety tips prior to using your product

  • For personal safety, this appliance must always be plugged into a properly grounded electrical circuit.

  • Please do not share the same power supply with other high-power electrical appliances to avoid overload and hazards.

  • Do not touch the board or its surroundings while the product is working, for they are very hot and may cause burns.

  • If your child is stay near the machine, please use it with extreme caution and do not leave the child alone.

  • Do not touch the power cord with hot surfaces to avoid damage.
    Be sure to check if the power cord and plug are damaged. Once there are signs of damage, stop using it immediately, and then ask a professional to repair or replace it.

  • Do NOT excessively bend, stretch or twist the power cord.

  • After use, turn the thermostat knob to the “O” position, and then pull out the plug from the socket to avoid leakage or insulation aging.

  • The product should be installed in a dry, clean, well-ventilated place, and placed in a horizontal line.

  • To ensure safety, the product must be grounded and a leakage switch must be installed to ensure personal safety, otherwise it must not be used.

  • Please pull out the plug until the product has cooled down completely before moving, checking or cleaning.

  • Do not insert or unplug the plug with wet hands to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Transportation and custody
During transportation, this product should be handled preciously to prevent violent vibration. Generally, the packaged product should not be stored in the open air for a long time. It should be placed in a well-ventilated, non- corrosive gas warehouse. It should not be placed upside down. Rainproof measures should be adopted when storage temporarily.

Using the Conveyor Toaster

Before operation, please check whether the power supply voltage matches the voltage specified on the device.
Please place the machine on a dry, level surface. It is forbidden to place combustible or explosive materials near it.
Process of operation machine

  • Before using the machine, please check whether power of the machine comply with your local power or not.

  • Power light turns on after connecting the power, just press “D” to “3” gear. Please rotate the button to the “bread” on the right side of the machine, and then the heat will be transmitted from the upper and lower heating pipes at the same time.
    It will gradually heat up. After putting the bread in the oven, the internal temperature of the toaster will reach 284°C within 12 minutes, and then the temperature will be constant at 284°C.

  • The machine should be warmed up for 10-12 minutes, then bake 1-2 slices of bread for testing.
    Check whether the color of the bread is okay.
    If the color is too light but you want a darker color, please adjust D to be greater than “3” (note: if the color of the disconnection 1s darker, the working speed will slow down) .
    Put the bread into the chain net after adjusting the speed. When the chain network moves, the bread will move inside the machine.

  • The bread will slide from the hot pot to the front bread tray.

  • There is a bread tray on the back of the toaster. After putting down the hook, the bread will slide onto the tray. After you get the bread, please lift the hook up.

  • Please adjust the gear to the “BUNS” position first, and then bake. Only the upper heating tube can work. When only the warm-up function is required, please adjust the gear to the “STBY” position.

  • Please turn the button to “OFF” position and pull off plug.

  • Do not use this machine to heat food with sugar, otherwise the food will become liquid after heating and the toaster will be damaged.

  • If the cable of toaster is damaged, it can only be replaced by a professional engineer.

Cleaning & Maintenance

In order to prevent damage to sensitive parts, your conveyor toaster should be washed by hand using a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap. When cleaning your product, please note the following:
Cleaning:

  • For cleaning and maintenance, the power supply should be cut off and the unit should be completely cool down before cleaning.
  • Please don’t touch the switch or plug socket with wet hand.
  • When cleaning the outside of the machine, take care not to get water or cleaning solutions inside the case, as this may damage sensitive electronic components.
  • Never use steel wool or any other type of abrasive to clean your machine or any components included with your machine.
  • The machine can’t be flushed directly, and please be careful don’t let any water flow into the switch when cleaning.
  • Keep the children from touching or using the machine.

Maintenance:

  •  Please pull out the plug first before maintenance, and clean it after cooling down the chamber.
  • For daily cleaning, you can use a dry cloth to wipe off the grease on the chamber, don’t flush the chamber with water directly.
  • We suggest to maintain the machine by qualified electrician once a month.
