cut various bones, poultry, fish and frozen meat in a short time.
The Bone Saw Machine is designed by absorbing the advantages of similar
products in foreign country. There are three reasons for it. First, one
machine with multiple functions, suitable for food such as pork bones, fish,
poultry, frozen meat, etc. Secondly, material of stainless steel is more

Important Safety Tips
Please read and understand the following safety tips prior to using your product
- For personal safety, this appliance must always be plugged into a properly grounded electrical circuit.
- Do not cut or remove the third prong (ground) from the power plug or attempt to use a grounding adapter.
- Never immerse the machine in water.
- Always locate the machine away from any water source. Avoid water splashing on top of or into the machine or near the fan areas.
- Never use an extension cord to power the machine.
- Position the machine such that the intake and exhaust fans are not obstructed. Please be mindful of loose objects that may block airflow around the machine.
- Children are prohibited from playing with the machine.
- For a single motor, the fluctuation of the voltage should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage, otherwise it must be equipped with a voltage stabilizer.
- When the machine is running, keep your hands away from the saw band.
- Do not open the cover of door when the machine is running.
- This machine is not suitable for people with physical and intellectual disabilities.
- It is also not suitable for people who lack experience and common sense, unless there are relevant supervisors to guide the operation.
Transportation and custody:
During transportation, this product should be handled preciously to prevent
violent vibration.
Generally, the packaged product should not be stored in the open air for a
long time. It should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas
warehouse. It should not be placed upside down. Rainproofmeasures should be
adopted when storage temporarily.
Assembly

All the electrical power unit and circuit connection must be installed by a qualified electrician with the safety standards.

Connection must be based on requirements.

The power wire should be connected according to safety standards. Make sure the voltage and frequency conform to the parameters. And please install a double pole switch before connection. When the voltage working, the voltage error should be under ±10%. (Product must be connected to ground.)

Open the door, put the saw on the wheel and make sure all part get into the groove.
Turn the top knob to tight the saw until it no longer shakes.
Remember that too tight will affect the life span of the band saw, and too loose will not work normally.
If the saw band shifts to the inside, adjust counterclockwise direction until the saw band can run smoothly.
After closing the door, the machine can start to work. -
If the power cord is damaged, it must ask related professionals to replace.
Using the Bone Saw Machine
Before operation, please check whether the power supply voltage matches the
voltage specified on the device.
Please place the machine on a dry, level surface. It is forbidden to place
combustible or explosive materials near it.
Operation Process
- Before using this machine, the machine should be placed smoothly.
- This appliance must always be plugged into a properly grounded electrical circuit.
- For each power cord without a plug, it should be connected to a switch with a contact point of at least 3mm(0.1inch).
- Open the door and check if the scraper is close to the saw blade, and the support shaft only supports the back of the saw blade.
- Test: Close the door, open the machine, and check whether the saw blade is running downwards.
- According to the requirements, loosen the lock nut and adjust the position of the meat positioning plate, and then tighten the locating rod.
Note: Do not touch the saw blade when running.
- Put the bone (or meat) between the handle and the saw blade.
- Lift the handle by left hand.
- Push the material to the positioning plate on the right side.
- Push the handle forward to feed the material until it is cut off.
Grounding and Indicator Line
For your protection, the bone saw machine is supplied with a molded 3-prong
grounding-type plug and should be used in combination with a properly
connected grounding-type outlet as shown in the figure below. Do not attempt
to modify the plug in any way. For personal safety, this appliance must always
be plugged into a properly grounded electrical circuit.
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer extension cords
are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If a long
extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord
should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the bone saw machine,
and the longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or animals, or
tripped over.
Cleaning & Maintenance
In order to prevent damage to sensitive parts, your Meat Cutter should be washed by hand. When cleaning your product, please note the following:
Cleaning:
- For cleaning and maintenance, the power supply should be cut off and the unit should be completely cool down before cleaning.
- Please don’t touch the switch or plug socket with wet hand.
- When cleaning the outside of the machine, take care not to get water or cleaning solutions inside the case, as this may damage sensitive electronic components.
- The machine can’t be flushed directly, and please be careful don’t let any water flow into the switch when cleaning.
- Keep the children from touching or using the machine.
- Before using, please clean the saw blade and other working parts with water.
Finish it, clean the machine carefully, open the door, use a brush to sweep out the meat and bone inside the machine. When taking the cutting blade in the cleaning process, please pay attention to its sharpness.
Maintenance:
- Please pull out the plug first before maintenance, and clean it after cooling down the chamber.
- For daily cleaning, you can use a dry cloth to wipe off the body of the machine, don’t flush the chamber with water directly.
- We suggest to maintain the machine by qualified electrician once a month.
