USE AND CARE
Hand wash recommended for knives. To clean block surface, wipe with a warm, wet cloth/sponge and towel dry immediately. Do not immerse in water.
TWO STEP SHARPENING PROCESS:
- Insert the knife into the honing slot to remove the coarse edge of the blade. Start with the base of the blade, and then pull up to the tip of the blade. Repeat five to ten times with light pressure for best results.
- Insert the knife into the sharpening slot to create a fine edge. Start with the base of the blade and then pull up to the tip of the blade. Repeat five to ten times with light pressure for best results.

Your Cuisinart® Cutlery is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal home use from the date of original purchase throughout the original purchaser’s lifetime.
