In order to use this device properly, the contents to be observed are
explained, classified as follows.
The severities of the injury and damage due to incorrect usage by ignoring the
written contents are explained by the following classified indications.
Warning Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
Cautions Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not
avoided, will result in injury or property damage.
The contents to be observed are explained, being classified by the following pictograms.
- This pictogram shows a compulsory action, something that you must do.
- This pictogram shows a prohibition, something that you must not do.
- This pictogram shows a notice, something that you need to be alerted to.
Warning :
Never disassemble or modify the device
Do not operate with wet hands. «A short circuit or an electrtc shock may
occur.»
Cautions

Avoid water, moisture, dust and high temperature
Do not store or use the device in places such as a bath or outdoors where water splashes. Also do not use it in places of high humidity, places with a lot of dust, or at high temperatures.

Part names and uses

Charging inlet (micro USB Type-B)
You can charge the wireless units by using a micro USS Type-8 Y-cable (included) with your own USS power adapter.
NOTE: While charging, the LED 0 lights red and WS1 doesn’t work as a wireless system. When it’s fully charged, the LED 0 turns off. -
Power button
Press and hold this button to turn on the transmitter and receiver.
Before they get paired automatically, the LED 0 blinks/flashes and indicates the remaining battery level as followings.- Green: 100%-75%
- Yellow: 75%-50%
- Red: 50%-25%
- Red flashes 10 times: less than 25%.
The power turns off automatically to protect battery life.
After 2 seconds, they will be paired automatically and both of the LEDs 5 lights green.
The WS1 will choose the best wireless channel automatically in 2.4 GHz frequency band. If the receiver can’t detect a signal coming from the transmitter, the receiver’s LED 0 will blink red.

Transmitter plug (1/4″)
Connect the transmitter to the output of your guitar. -
Receiver plug (1/4″)
Connect the receiver to the input of your amp or pedal. Before plugging-in, we recommend you turn off the power of your amp to avoid any possible damage to the amp. -
LED indicator
Shows the current status of the wireless units. -
Cable tone
You can switch the cable tone mode on and off by clicking the power button 2 on the transmitter.
The WS1 has a cable tone filter function which simulates a 3 m (10 fl.) high grade guitar cable connecting to a passive guitar. By clicking the power button 2, the cable tone filter is engaged and LED e lights orange. This mode will deliver a more natural electric guitar tone.
When the cable tone mode is off, LED 5 lights green. It is default setting which doesn’t have any specific tone filter but flat frequency response. (Refer to the figure below)

Automatic power off
The WS1 transmitter will turn off automatically if it doesn’t detect any input signal for 10 minutes. The receiver will tum off automatically at 10 minutes after the transmitter turns off. -
ID matching
The WS1 transmitter and receiver have already assigned unique matched ID at the factory. If you want an another WS1 transmitter or receiver to get paired, follow the following steps to reset ID matching.
1. Tum off all the WS1 transmitter and receiver around you.
2. Press and hold the power button fJ of the transmitter and receiver you want to pair for more than 5 seconds.
3. While you press and hold, the receiver LED 111 will blink red. When the ID matching finishes, the receiver LED 111 will blink and light green. (Press and hold till the ID matching has been done.)
