Cancelling True Wireless Earbuds
User Guide
Fitting the BU0S0l
Gently insert the BU0SOl into your ear and adjust for appropriate comfort. If
necessary, swap the ear tips with the provided small, medium, or large-sized
tips to ensure a secure fit. Medium-sized ear tips are pre-fitted on the Palm
Buds Pro out of the box.
Basic Functions
Power On Bluetooth (Ensure that your phone has a built-in Bluetooth function that is turned on.)

Powering on Open the charging case and the Palm Buds Pro will power on.
If buds are powered off outside of the case, touch and hold the Touch Panels on both earbuds for 3 seconds to turn them on. -
Enable Bluetooth on your device and select ” BUDS01″, refer to your phone instructions if you need help. If the indicator turns off, the connection is successful.

Pairing mode will last up to 180 seconds. If you miss the pairing time, you will need to restart the device and follow the steps mentioned above.
Note:
a) BUDSOl will remember previously connected devices. When turned on, the earbuds will attempt to reconnect to a previously connected device.
b) BUDSOl will lose its connection outside of the working range of Bluetooth (30 feet I 10 meters). The earbuds will reconnect automatically when you come back into range.
Powering Off
a) Place the BUDSOl back into the charging case and close the charging case
cover. They will automatically power off.
b) Touch and hold the Touch Panel for 5 seconds to turn off the earbuds. The
white light will flash quickly.
Answering Incoming Calls
Single-tap the left or right Touch Panel to answer incoming calls.
Ending Calls
Single-tap the left or right Touch Panel to end the current coll.
Declining Incoming Calls
Touch and hold the left or right Touch Panel for 1.5 seconds to reject a call.
Voice Assistant
Triple-tap the left or right Touch Panel to activate your phone’s voice
assistant.
Music Control
a) Play/Pause: Tap the left or right Touch Panel once.
b) Double-tap the left Touch Panel to switch to the previous song.
c) Double-tap the right Touch Panel to switch to the next song.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
a) Touch and hold the left Touch Panel for 1.5 seconds to enable the ambient
monitoring function, you will hear an “ambient on” or the “ambient off”
notification.
b) Touch and hold the right Touch Panel for 1.5 seconds and you will hear the
“noise canceling on” or “noise canceling off” notification.
Mono / Single Bud Use
Take out any one of the earbuds to create a single channel Bluetooth earbud.
If two earbuds are removed from the charging case, the earbuds will be used in
the dual-channel mode by default.
a) Take out an earbud from the charging case and the earbud will automatically
turn on and reconnect to a previously connected device.
b) To switch from one earbud to two when playing music, take out the other
earbud from the charging case and the two earbuds will connect automatically.
Note: Call mode is available when in single-channel or dual-channel modes.
Charging
Case: Charge the case using the Type-C cable connected to a computer or wall
charger. The indicator at the front of the charging case flashes white while
charging and then turns solid white when fully charged. Charging time is
approximately 2 hours if the battery is fully depleted.
Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case for charging. While
charging, the indicator flashes white. Once fully charged, the white light
will turn off.
Warnings
- Please follow the operating instructions for proper use.
- Please charge the earbuds with input power below 5V/1A, in order to protect the battery.
- Please store or use the earbuds in a normal temperature environment.
- Please do not use this product near water. Do not immerse this product in any liquid or splash any liquid on the product.
- Please keep the earbuds away from heat sources, such as radiators, hot air regulators, stoves, or other heat-generating equipment.
- Don’t jam the ports of the earbuds, such as the charging port, LEDs, or microphones.
- In order to protect your hearing and extend lifetime use, it is not recommended to adjust the volume to the maximum level for long periods of time.
- If your earbuds are defective, please contact Palm support rather than attempt to repair them yourself. You will void the return policy if the product is tampered with.
